Why not construct a life-sized sculpture of yourself out of £5 notes and then set it on fire to get that warm 'renting with Foxtons' feeling.

Knight Frank Richmond helped us sell our house in autumn 2019, and had also been very patient helping us find a house to buy over the previous 18-24 months. In selling our house, in a quiet market they generated significant interest and conducted numerous viewings resulting in offers from multiple potential buyers and a sale at asking price. Always calm, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as an agent.

After having seen something like 60 flats with other agents I finally got to the point with Knight Frank as I they understood my needs and did not waste my time visiting other random properties. This was great!... On the other hand... the aftermath was quite painful/annoying unfortunately. The information received from the Agency revealed to be really imprecise on some aspects of the technical features of the flat (even though reportedly passed by their clients), definitely demonstrating some quite shallow technical knowledge which one would not expect from a name as Knight Frank.

Gibbs Gillespie Lettings - Pinner

No fault of the Gibbs team at all but our process was extremely drawn out and complicated with a lot of pressure from the above chain landing firmly on George Callaghan (Sales & Marketing Manager - Pinner). This meant a lot of delicate people management was required in a very heightened state of anxiousness. George showed exceptional patience remaining focused on the end goal rather than getting muddled over the immediate noise that was happening on a daily basis. He also had the strength of character to tell people what they did not want to hear (whilst managing that situation positively) rather than appease them only to create trust issues further down the line. Whilst all this was happening he also managed to break his ankle (quite dramatically) and still get the process over the line.

Very professional and thorough, extremely polite, showed us the property, answered all our questions patiently, walked us through the process and next steps. Contract signing was very prompt and smooth. Really appreciate all his help ! Very good experience, certainly recommend.

You Are Not Nice And I Will Hope You Learn That We Are Working People Who Want To Have A Nice Quiet Road, No Fighting, No Car Attack, No Drinking On Road, No Swearing. Please Think What You Have Done To Everyone On This Road Because You Never Come To This Road. Agents review Lawrence Rand helped me find and buy a house in Harrow recently. They were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. But they also went above and beyond in helping with me deal with a few challenging situations that arose. One in particular was right at the end of the process, and it came as a surprise to all parties involved. Alec helped me resolve this under a lot of pressure, which I’m grateful for. Another highlight was finding a reasonably priced company to translate some legal documents for me from German to English for me. I didn’t anticipate this being such a headache so finding a company for me was a nice touch. Although this was my first house purchase and I’ve nothing to compare it to, it did seem like quite an involved process so thanks Lawrence Rand for the help!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We purchased our house through them in 2015. It all stared well, but as our offer got accepted and moved on to next stage the ordeal began. Our offer was accepted late July, we were told there was no chain and the seller is ready to move out as soon as we can get paperwork done. This turned out be a load of bunk. The seller used to "disappear" for weeks impacting the progress, not responding to queries raised by the solicitors. Paul Ryan who was dealing with the case from Lawrence Rand wasn't very helpful either. During the course he went on leave without giving an hint he was planning to do so. We never got any honest answers as to why the delay despite everything being in order from our side. Phone calls to his office or emails asking for updates rarely got returned unless the email was marked to Peter Lawrence. This was our first home purchase and with so much delay we were not sure what was happening, if there were to be gazumped, whether the deal is going to go through or not, it was very stressful for us. Finally we got the keys towards end of Nov. To our surprise the seller left all his unwanted stuff(mostly rubbish) behind. And he took away some of the fittings/fixtures that he earlier agreed to leave! When we requested Lawrence Rand if they can contact the seller and get the house cleared, all we got was "we will pass the message" and that's it. We never heard anything back. We were never given the contact details of the seller so there was no way possible for us to reach him. We also found out in the week that followed that someone else had signed up for Council Tax payment and another person had signed up for Gas and Electricity for the property. We managed to sort this out ourselves, not not sure how it happened in first place. Had Lawrence Rand been clear with their communication instead of keeping us in dark this experience would have been much better. I guess in a seller driven market, with properties in short supply and high prices, its the buyer which is at the receiving end and the estate agent only cares for the seller from whom ultimately the profits come! And today morning I received a phone call from them asking if I was interested in selling my house due to an increased demand for properties in my area! Good grief!
