Brought a house the other week through Haart. First time using Haart and it was a pleasant experience. Dealt with Ares from day 1 and he got the job done. Good quality after care as well. Just the other day he rang up to check if everything is in order and all the due diligence has been done.

Turn up late to viewings on more than one occasion...
The best food in Ealing. Everything they sell is fresh testy and the staff are so kind snd polite.
I see my man fling some stale chips in the fryer, that he scraped up with his fingers from behind a tray along with already cooked chips that was resting on the side, then he sold them to me..I just couldn't believe it..I paid the 1.50 left the shop still in shock. I returned back to the shop and told him to keep your stale chips, he offered to fry fresh ones ...I told him... keep it, and the money as well. They must be desperate.

Yesterday I got in touch with this agent to arrange a viewing in a property in Ealing, W5. viewing was with Rebecca McCarthy. I run into the rush hour Hanger Lane traffic and was delayed a few minutes, I attempted calling the offices to notify of the situation after several attempts to an number that was on VM. Finally I got through to them 10 minutes before I arrived for my 6pm appointment.
I was caught up in at least 1 hour traffic to do this viewing.
Rebecca McCarthy a supposed lettings negotiator has left the property without notifying me that she was leaving after I had contacted her office of my delay. I had wasted 1 hour in traffic to turn up to this viewing and the agent had just disappeared!
zero effort by this agent and zero communication!
a time waster at best and that property was empty, such a big effort from the agent and If I was the landlord of 8 Westbury Road, W5 I should look to instruct an agent that bothers at least and not one that disappears from viewings!

Pity that I can't give less than a star. All promises before you have moved but then it's all surprises. I moved with my family on Friday evening to know that Bed, Sofa, Cupboard (everything that led to my decision to finalize the flat) is not there. Called the hamptons and they said there's been a "misunderstanding" between them and landlord about the availability of these items. So now, they advised me to buy a camping matteress (just for 3 days as Bed will be delivered on Monday as it has been ordered) which I said I wont as I Cant have my 2 year old kid sleeping on it. Anyway, I bought a matteress (hope they reimburse at least the fraction of amount they promised) and spent the weekend in the hope of a bed on Monday. I got a call on Monday that Bed is ordered now (they lied that it was ordered on Friday itself) now and new delivery day is Friday. Now imagine if I would gone with their idea of a camping matteress. I'm still clueless about other items if they would come or not as Landlord said that he had asked hamptons to advertise the property as unfurnished. And on top of that, Not given the parking yet as I was told while being lured to final this flat (I dont have a car but was told I can rent the parking out and that's why I didn't negotiate further). So here I am stuck for at least 6 months in this flat. Don't know whom to blame! One question to hamptons - Why should I pay my hard earned money to you as fee for your incompetence (and lies?). No one suffered other than my family - you are sitting comfortably in your offices and Landlord is fair in his point of view. Its sad that you do business in such an unprofessional way! Pathetic.
