If anyone is looking for a managing agent then don't waste your time looking any further than Charles Krost of Spratt &Son. In the sixteen years I've lived at Marine Court Shoreham Beach Ive had the unfortunate experience of two management agents that I would mark nothing out of five. We decided to look for a new agent to guide us in, how to get us out of debt, and to put together a plan of work to move us forward. Thank god we decided to go with Charles and Spratt & Son In the five months we have being with Charles and Sprat & Son he has done nothing short of a miracle , and you don't need to just take my word for it as all Five of our directors would say the same thing. If you want to be managed by a professional company and a professional man at the head of the team, then as I said at the start Don't waste your time or money with anyone else as there is no one better.If I could give more than Five stars I would. My son rented a flat (his first flat) via Joe and has had many issues, including poor water pressure, leaks, DANGEROUS wiring. All of which have had to be dealt with over several calls to the office. Now that he has moved on they have decided he has to pay fees which were not explained in his contract, did not renew his contract month by month after its initial expiry, thus tying him in again when the contract states otherwise and have now decided he needs to pay for plumbing work for an imaginary blockage in HIS flat when my husband, a plumber has already checked and we KNOW the blockage is lower down in one of the other flats! Since he gave notice, Joe has been unprofessional and difficult to deal with. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!... Read more

Leigh-Anne was friendly and helpful and said there would be no problem 3 friends renting together. Joe disagreed and made illogical assumptions about our group. Offended and distraught.
