On initial valuation the team were extremely kind and passionate about our house. They listened to everything we had improved and made sure to emphasise this on viewings. It was refreshing to have an agency so dedicated and knowledgeable about a property they are selling. Due to failed onward purchases etc it took a bit longer to sell, they never gave up and even helped us find an amazing property. If you are looking to sell I would recommend them, they are all very knowledgeable in their field and when viewings take place I would recommend Jane to hold them as she could sell sand to the desert! They are great and once we have finished renovating our new home we will have them back to value just in case we fancy another go around. My review is to complement Kelly who works on the lettings team. I’ve rented from a number of agencies but she is probably the best agent who has helped me with a number of the usual renting issues and being very kind and supportive. above all she’s very kind, helpful, positive and whenever i called the office she was lovely to me. i’d highly recommend her to anyone who has any doubts about agencies. If you're looking to overflow with anxiety, this is the place for you. Make sure you only call once! This branch is obscenely rude and intolerant towards a repeat call, even after 5 hours! Not to mention the lack of care for the property. Over several years, we recall only a single resolution in a sea of many many issues that are present even to this day. Its not good enough.
