We cannot praise this estate agency highly enough. Selling and buying can be so stress ful: this is an agency that keeps the client informed and does the arduous, behind-the-scenes leg work to progress the process. We thought that Lloyds, based in Lilliput, would be an agent only for the very expensive homes but they welcome the opportunity to serve all sellers. If we ever move again, we will use them. We recently purchased an apartment in Canford Cliffs with the help of Julia, one of the easiest transactions I have ever experienced. Julia went above and beyond what you would normally expect, but tend not to get from other Estate Agents. I have kept in touch with Julia and the other members of the team, who have a vast knowledge of the surrounding area and have helped with a variety of queries to include furniture shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend them highly enough, just wish other agencies would take on their work ethics and then perhaps the daunting task of a house move would be as easy for others as it was for us.
