11th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I can’t give enough praise to Winkworth Penn Hill. From the second Neil walked to my house, I had a gut feeling I would use them. I had two other agents booked but didn’t even bother with the third agent. The commission is excellent, the photographs taken of my house was excellent+ and the marketing of my house has been amazing the staff are all lovely and so very helpful and encouraging. I’ve had about 9 viewings in 6-7 days and so much positive feedback. Winkworth have definitely gone the mile and a half to sell my house for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 11 out of 10.

They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would

He took the time to listen and brought all the parties together. He is an excellent communicator and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure the process ran smoothly. We highly recommend him.

8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

Really professional, efficient, friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. 3rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Myself and my partner have just bought a property in Canford Heath and over the 6 months it took to move into our property the Team at Palmer Snell have been nothing short of fantastic. Grace Bennet is absolutely lovely, took us for our viewing and kept up with us, updating us at all of milestones along the way. Shahob Sayaran is probably THE most helpful, proactive, and hands-on manager I have encountered both professionally and personally. Everything from helping our elderly vendor print and complete paper work, to escorting him to his solicitor so that the final pieces of paper work can be signed and always being just a few dial tones away, he truly has been exceptional throughout the whole process and we could not thank him enough. Joshua Lewis is the Countrywide mortgage advisor currently residing in the Canford Heath Palmer Snell branch. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or enthusiastic advisor. If you have any doubts at all, he is absolutely worth every penny. We have always been greeted with a smile and warm voice at the end of the phone (no matter annoying we (me) may have got). The whole team is a breath of fresh air and an asset at the forefront of the Palmer Snell Canford Heath Branch. They all deserve a raise! We wish them all the best for the future, Rebecca and Isaac

Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Jack and George kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible.
