9th Jan 2026 (30 days ago)This is the second time I have used DOMVS and would choose them specifically on the personal and supportive approach they use coupled with professionalism. Polly heads the team superbly and Marcus really helped push the process along with an unbeat and approachable style. The team handled the viewings of our property fantastically and I found Christina and Imy sensitive to the intrusive nature of viewings coupled with managing an old dog in very hot weather. A truly fantastic service and I would certainly use them again.

The after letting support was fantastic, constantly communicating with me and sending all the relevant documents for the property. I must really thank Waleria, Evie, Chemene and all the rest of the team for facilitating a smooth, stress free move. Highly recommend this letting agency.

7th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a brilliant experience with Palmer Snell Westbourne as first-time renters (outside of student renting), and we honestly could not have asked for a smoother process. Mae was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the very beginning, making us feel at ease straight away. The viewings were really informative and answered all of our questions, which made a huge difference for us. Lee was also fantastic and helped us close the deal seamlessly. The whole process was easy, efficient, and reassuring, and it made us feel very confident in our decision. Thank you so much to both Mae and Lee for such a positive experience!

They provided feedback from viewings and kept us up to date at all times. I would recommend them as your preferred estate agent in the Poole/Broadstone area.

Would highly recommend!- 14th Jan 2026 (25 days ago)Just received a cold call from this company this morning, claiming that they had a text from me at the beginning of January, asking for a valuation for my property. I told the man on the phone I hadn't sent a text and he said I did. I told him I would not want a valuation because I do not own my property at which point he hung up. I can only assume they are cold calling people who may originally have been on their books years ago to try to get some business. I would like to have put 0 stars, but it won't let me post with 0 stars.
- 31st Jan 2026 (8 days ago)I've had recent dealings with Glen. Which i can honesty say, i was left shocked at his tone and attitude! He was extremely rude, not just to me, but to the young tenant that is renting, he has shouted at her down the phone and also just hangs up, whilst you're still talking. I was trying to help a friend's daughter who currently rents a flat with Palmer Snell. Which is her first time renting a property. Well all I can say is the whole experience with them has really upset her and left her feeling very anxious. Since Dec, the tenant has contacted the Canford heath branch regarding many issues with the property. At christmas time, the electric kept tripping, found it was due to an unsafe ceiling light in the front room, the fan in the bathroom, was removed by an electrician eventually, which poured out with water, severe mould in the bedroom, and there is so much more. The tenant has also recently found out they're pregnant, tenant wanted to move out, however Glen has advised they cannot!!!!! Not all of the issues have been resolved and Glen will not help them with a reference for early release, instead he is extremely unhelpful and very very rude!!!! There is absolutely zero customer service by Glen, and when tenant said they struggle and have dyslexia, Glen was not unstanding in the slightest. The point of this review, is because the young adult, is having to stay there due to them not agreeing to the early release, with mould it will cause more health issues, Glen's response is they have a dehumidifier, when the flat is run entirely on electric, with dodgy electrics as it is, causing more expense, hers and her partners belongings, clothes are damp and covered in mould!!! Or the other response was, the young adult moves out and pays rent until they find another tenant!!! So unfortunately we're having to wait for the early release to come in May, but it shouldn't have to be like this and what a poor experience for a young adult to endure in there 1st renting experience ????
16th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)I recently sold my house through Simon & Co and have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from both Simon and Sol. Right from the start it was obvious that their approach was different and their friendly, honest and non-corporate way of doing business made them stand out from the other estate agents I had value my property. The attention to detail when it came to marketing my house was second to none, and I'm sure the quality of both the photos and video used in the listing helped catch the eye of an extra potential buyer or two. Throughout the whole process the feedback they gave me after every viewing and the support they gave me after accepting an offer and that subsequently falling through was incredible, I couldn't have asked for more. They secured me a new buyer within a week and right up to the point of completion I felt like they were right by my side. I wasn't just another listing on Rightmove for them, I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

The estate agents that we had worked with previously had a lot of good and some very bad reviews. However, both online reviews and friends who had used Link Homes stated the excellent service that they provide. We received the best service possible for the rate that you pay. The communication was efficient and solved any problems promptly. They always went above and beyond. I could not fault them on any aspect of our sale/purchase. A huge thankyou to Jack and your team for alleviating a lot of stress during this time. We couldnt recommend them enough!

Very helpful answered most of our questions and if couldn’t on the spot certainly got back to us very promptly with the answers. We are abroad so the video link walkthrough had to be thorough. 4th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Incredible service from Carrie at Meyers — and honestly, from the wider team as well. Every time we called, it was clear the staff worked seamlessly together. We’ve already decided that we will use Meyers when it comes time to sell, purely because of the hands-on approach, professionalism, knowledge of trade and proven skill Carrie demonstrated throughout. For some context, we were in a very difficult position. The solicitors were hiding behind emails, communication had completely broken down, and important details had been missed. Carrie simply did not allow this to continue. She took the reins, spoke directly with all parties involved, and repeatedly got everything back on track. Due to delays caused by the solicitors, we went beyond our notice period, and the agency we were renting from became unpleasant — despite rent being paid through to the end of the month. Carrie spoke with us and then intervened with them as well, helping to calm and control what had become a stressful situation. Carrie is an exemplary and highly skilled estate agent — a title that is used far too loosely these days. She is what I would call a true career professional: someone who excels on the front lines, not through bluffing, but through decisive action. Thank you for standing by us during such a difficult time. You truly were our guardian throughout this process, and I am incredibly grateful for everything you did to support my family.

17th Jan 2026 (22 days ago)Unfortunately my experience with this agency was far from pleasant. Karen comes across as kind and sweet but reality is shes the polar opposite of "nothings too much trouble", I was faced with lies, made to feel an inconvenience and more than once given huffs and puffs down the phone for simply asking for her to send me an email because "she was just about to leave the office". That being said, these poor encounters with Karen were nothing when comparing it with communications with Mark. After receiving email from Mark trying to stamp some kind of authority, I called the office in the hope id taken the tone of the email the wrong way. Truth be told, he thought he could bully his way in to getting a certain result for his client and I was faced with an aggressive and sarcastic exchange, to which i requested Mark make no further contact with me via phone or email - he still did though, says it all really (no apology either) This agent only showed me they are not the kind of agent that should have 5 star reviews; at least in my case.
