23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Paul and Stuart were both pleasant and knowledgeable, however the sales process was slow and lengthy with the sale finally going through at the third attempt, having endured two complete time wasters. I was disappointed that the selling price was much lower than the initial valuation and felt it was over estimated initially in order to successfully obtain the listing. That being said, it doesn't detract from the respect and tolerance afforded me by Adams & Rose.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

Their help saved me a lot of trouble as I was a long distance seller. I would not hesitate to sell through them again as we achieved more than the asking price in a difficult market.

Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.
