I’ve used agents in the past who have given me many viewings but led to no offers, with Frost & Co only a few viewings led to an offer I was willing to accept. Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. I would give zero stars if that was an option pushy and rude on the phone while trying to make an appointment. Have heard horror stories from a lot of friends round Bournemouth so pleased that I did not end up getting the appointment confirmed. I see they write back to defend themselves but there is zero defence for the amount of time I was put on hold and the manner in which I was dealt with. Hardly trustworthy.... Read more
