We had some delays and obstacles to navigate, and Clair was proactive in trying to find solutions as well as always responding when we needed her assistance. Thank you Clair for your friendly and professional approach and for working so hard on our behalf.
6th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

We dealt mainly with Emma, who remarkably managed to help keep us sane throughout the process that was plagued by delays outside our control. Communication was excellent throughout, and Emma was particularly good at chasing the various solicitors and other parties to help move the process along. I honestly felt Emma might have helped take weeks off the process, and would highly recommend Katie Fox to anyone selling or buying.

Their communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and addressing any concerns promptly. The pictures and videos they got of my property were amazing and that’s because they really spend the time to make sure things are perfect! Joe dealt with the sale of my house once we had a buyer and has been fantastic in every way. He has kept me well informed and advised me accordingly throughout the sale. He has gone above and beyond. He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
