5th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Great to deal with and property sold quickly
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I can thoroughly recommend this friendly, polite and professional local estate agents. Neither I nor the owner of the property I was buying had moved for about 30 years and Anthony David & Co guided me carefully and kindly through the more recent complications of house buying/selling which at first had felt so overwhelming. They are a calming knowledgable team. This company knows the locality and the market very well. They also have a great network and good working relationships with local surveyors, solicitors and the other essential professionals needed to reach a successful completion of both my purchase & sale of my property. They were clearly invested in my well-being and ensuring I (and my family on moving day) had a good experience. Individual members of the team knew who I was when I walked in and that personal touch matters. The various obstacles that inevitably arise in a house purchase were dealt with deftly and firmly, with Anthony David advocating several times on my behalf. Thank you very much team, you did a great job! Mary
10th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Excellent printed details, brilliant use of the photographs.- 17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)An extremely professional and supportive team through out our dealings, Wilson Thomas got us over the line, thank you.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Knowledgeable and friendly team who sold our house and helped the process feel easy.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We made our purchase through Adams and Rose. Great experience throughout, highly recommend them.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Gary and the team at Martin & Co dealt with the sale of my mother-in-law’s bungalow and right from the start of providing a valuation he was friendly and professional. He provided an excellent service, always keeping in contact with me throughout and I was genuinely impressed with how everything went. I highly recommend Martin & Co and his team and would recommend them to others.
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We had the pleasure of making James Deamer's acquaintance during our recent purchase of a cottage in Burley. It was refreshing to meet an estate agent with so much enthusiasm and in depth knowledge of the property he sold to us. As such we didn't buy the property from him, he sold it to us...at last an estate agent who doesn't rely on Rightmove to do all of the selling! Couldn't fault his guidance during negotiations or sales progression either, always returned our calls promptly. Wether buying or selling we would recommend James without hesitation.
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)The team at Hillier Wilson have been fantastic. With first hand experience of both selling and buying with them, I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of the team.

I firmly believe people buy from people and from start to finish I found the whole team to be approachable, warm and genuine. Whilst making the largest purchase you are likely to make in a life time, it’s important to have faith and trust in the people guiding you through the process. Would recommend to anybody!
28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Even though they’re extremely busy the whole team goes above and beyond. My wife and I appreciate what a difficult market it is and they’ve all tried hard to find us what we need. We will be back hopefully in the new year. Thank you very much
22nd Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Many thanks Daniel you’re a great asset to the sales team with your professional approach and you always returned my calls if a query arose …
Many thanks again
Andy and Clare
8th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)The entire team at Richards estate agents have been great, very professional, easy to deal with. I would highly recommend, in particular Joel went above and beyond to get our purchase over the line!
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We used Katie Fox as first time buyers and cannot praise them highly enough. They have been prompt, attentive and thorough throughout. As first time buyers they helped guide us through the entire process recommending local mortgage advisors, solicitors and survey teams. We received weekly updates from the team but always felt we could contact them whenever we needed.

Thank you all!- 21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)The staff were super helpful and super polite, they were there when we had questions and made us feel like no questions were stupid. Kieran and Glen made the transition smooth I would definitely go to them for help in future homes

30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)If you’re thinking of using a Letting Managing Agent don’t hesitate, look no further. Martin and Heather (Partners) have been looking after our investment property since it was purchased in 2003. First this was as employees of a well known agency chain and we then moved the property to them after they set up independently, when the service we received at the agency chain fell dramatically on their departure.
It is their business and the level of service reflects this and shines through in every way. Over the years there have been a number of problems with tenants/neighbours/property and the common sense hands on approach to solving these has been great and very much appreciated. It is also worth mentioning in that time the property has been let almost continuously and with well chosen and carefully screened tenants. They and their great staff have my highest recommendation.
It is now December 2021 and my opinion remains the same. They are a superb managing agent and they continue to offer a service which is beyond expectations. Don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed.

It is now October 2026 and as above the service the team at Thacker and Revitt remains faultless. They always go that extra mile. Following the latest government interventions, detrimental to Landlords, we decided to sell our investment property to avoid any possible repossession issues in the future. Thacker and Revitt dealt with the sale finding a purchaser quickly and managing a very straightforward sale, protecting our interests, and at a good price. Their recommended solicitor was excellent and basically between them they handled everything. A special thankyou to Terry who again was superb. The whole team are great they have my highest recommendation possible for the service they provide. Use them!
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)They have kept us informed of every stage
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We purchased our property through link homes and we have to say that Hettie & Emma have been absolutely amazing throughout, giving us weekly updates, emails & phone calls and via a purchase what’s app group, we will most definitely be recommending them in the future if we hear of anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Thank you for selling our house. Chris and the team were fantastic. When we intially looked a listing our property we got quotes from a few different local EAs but Greys came out on top, and they didn't dissappoint. The team were very knowledgable, trustworthy and all round good at what they do. Based on the advise from Chris and his confidence in our property we listed for 10k more then another EA suggested we should start at. Chris clearly knows his stuff as our house sold pretty quickly and even after deducting their reasonable (compared to other EAs quotes) fees we came away with more money than another estate agent told us to start at!

Thank you all, we will certainly be recommending you to our friends and family.
19th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Have used Chris in the past, and would use him again. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to contact. Would certainly recommend him to anyone.

23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I couldn't be happier with the service I received from both Jack & George. They marketed my property brilliantly, attracted plenty of viewings and genuine interest, and got it sold.

Their communication, professionalism and determination were outstanding throughout the process. If you're looking for an estate agent that delivers results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thanks guys!
22nd Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The team at Berkeleys couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful during our move.

Nothing was too much trouble from our initial contact to ongoing communication during our tenancy.

Could not recommend them enough.

Thanks guys!

Joe& Tom x
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)All staff at Austen Wyatt have been supportive in every way whilst selling my deceased mums house. I have had help and advise all the way and I would not like to be with anyone else. They are amazing contiencious and hard working. They are all so polite and accommodating and I couldn’t wish for better or more . They all deserve a huge pat on the back , and I may add Tom will always go the extra mile to help when you’re stuck on anything, that is just outstanding service. This is a five star estate agent and I would highly recommend.
