Ellie has been my agent since I became a landlady approximately five years ago . Initially it was something I was nervous about and “interviewed “a number of agents interested in getting my art deco property , seconds from the sea, onto their books.

I could clearly see Ellie was positive, had an eye for detail and extremely calm when I became nervous about the new venture.

I trusted her immediately and she made sure I could do it without fear and she understood exactly the type of tenants I was looking for .

She has, without fail, been amazing to deal with , always communicates promptly with myself and the tenants are and I have complete faith in her and always giving great advice and support when needed .

I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and believe it would be nearly impossible to get someone as dedicated and capable as Ellie.

I know other landlords who can’t believe my good fortune and dream of having an ‘Ellie’ to manage properties for them in other parts of the Country

Whilst on a property search in Canford Cliffs starting in late 2018, we viewed numerous properties with Natalie and eventually purchased our new lovely home through her in July 2019. I was impressed how the team worked with each other and passed on information ensuring that nothing was not dealt with. This was lead by Ellie who was an absolute star throughout the whole process and although there were issues to sort out Ellie maintained total professionalism until all parties were satisfied.

We first used Berkeley's to arrange a long term let for our property on Sandbanks. The Residential Department was very efficient and dealt with any minor issues without troubling us. Ellie has the right personality for the job.
When we decided to sell the property in the unusual times wrought by Covid, the Sales team, led by Natalie, sensibly recommended a price to sell. She only considered potential purchasers who did not have anything to sell and who had evidence of available funds. Her methods proved her right and it was sold within a week.
