Been trying to contact this agency in order to view a flat. Phone is never answered, email remains unanswered. No wonder the flat I'm wanting to view has been available since the beginning of the year

This company is a joke I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks no one answers the phone you call round the door is locked and a note on the door with a mobile number that is in readable. Complete amateurs couldn't run a bath????????????????????????????????????

I have had some difficulty communicating with Stepping Stone in the past. However Vinnie has been helpful in clearing up an apparently complicated processes and after some chasing, I have managed to get my deposit back in full.
Vinnie comes across as kind, patient and polite.

Vinnie in 3 days accomplished what my current agent failed to do for 3 months! I highly recommend stepping stones to everyone as much it was recommended to me.
Now thanks to vinnie, my property is tenanted and I can focus on sorting the mess of utilities left for me by Entwistle Green
He never has a day off, always on hand to help.

Despite many attempts to contact the office, we were still ignored. Despite the allegedly available homes for rent, there is no response on their part. They won't call you back. They often have a closed office. They ignore customers. Employee and owner. I do not recommend it, a waste of time
