Despite many attempts to contact the office, we were still ignored. Despite the allegedly available homes for rent, there is no response on their part. They won't call you back. They often have a closed office. They ignore customers. Employee and owner. I do not recommend it, a waste of time... Read more

Had a viewing scheduled at 12pm on the 2nd of July. Norbert didn't show after fifteen minutes, so I called the company only to be told that he is out of the town and wouldn't be back until 2pm. They also tried to say that they had attempted to contact me before hand to let me know about this, which they never did. They then hung up on me when I called them out for their unprofessional business practices. Needless to say they will not be getting any money from me.... Read more

Worst property management service I’ve ever come across, they don’t respect the landlords or the tenants living in the properties they “manage” and if you ring the local council about them they’ll tell you that they are fully aware of their misgivings. Eastern European man Nobert who runs it gets in tenants who need a bit of guidance about uk housing processes and it’s laws and takes advantage of them by overcharging on rent and not sorting problems out the property when reported but charges the Landlord when the tenants sorts it themselves. I had to deal with the problems directly with the tenants, as they didn’t trust them. Don’t be just aware of them, do not use them!... Read more

The worst experience ever. He never gives back the deposit, finding a reason why. If something comes up, he just simply not available, doesn't pick up the phone. He just cares about the money, anything else. Everyone who knows him, have bad experience with the whole agency. Would never recommend them.... Read more

The manager is some sort of Bias regard at points offensive and has in my opinion broken disabled equality law several times in several circumstances .I mean When you know the let on a derelict flat in Sandown court is a 450 let but after being told original price when u turn up it's 550, then three arranged viewings more all canceled when manager finds out.bad agentse and all around offensive as a disabled citizen.but I'm pretty sure after getting ripped through courts a few times they might have a basic concept of u.k housing law .especially the disabled equality act .bad show people .proper horror show in fact... Simply the worst agent I have ever experienced. Sold a let on a retail premises. As I entered the property for the first time I was met by representative from the electric company to disconnect the property. All the previous utility bills remained unpaid some in the landladies name and debt collectors started chasing me. The agent had not ensured that the previous tenants had payed their utility bills. The agent refused to give me a copy of my lease and when I surrendered the property back to the agent last October due to interrupted utilities and unpaid bills he returned none of my deposit. This is the best bit ...... As the agent had not confirmed to the local council that I had left the shop I had a knock on the door by an enforcement agent wanting hundreds of pounds in unpaid rates. My water bill was also reverted back into my name ounce I had paid my final bill. You can draw your own conclusions from this episode but if you find yourself in this situation watch your back!!!!!!!!!!!... Read more
