I have been with Stoneview for 2 years already and I am incredibly happy with their service. The maintenance team works quick and on the spot, the office team are always helpful and ready to engage with any issue (if there is any). The team always ensure I am up to date with all checks in the property (gas, electricity etc.). From personal experience I would recommend Ellena Andrea, Letting Negotiator as I found so easy to work with. As I am very picky person she always manage to give me the best option and explain everything with a patient. Thank you for your great work Stoneview Team!... Read more

Stoneview renovated my property after serious damage had been caused to it. From start to finish they were both professional and accomodating. The customer service department answered my queries faultlessly and were always on hand to find a solution, even when the problem seemed unsurmountable. I felt safe in the knowledge that the team at Stoneview would take care of my property and the results were astounding. They even took care of repairs that were outside of their original quote. Unfortunately my experience of Stoneview was rather different! They are a completely incompetent managing company who did very little work and resigned once they were asked to do some work. They consistency contacted the wrong residents or sent e-mails chasing payment when payment had clearly been made. Do not use this company!! Perhaps they are better managing a small number of properties but they clearly could not cope with the management of a larger block.... Read more

I have been letting my property with stoneview for 5 years now and never had a problem, my rent is always paid on time straight into my account at the end of every month, any maintenance issues are dealt with straight away. They do what they say and look after my property, carry out quarterly inspections which on request always has emailed the inspection over to me.
