We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. Really happy chose Winkworths, Hetal and Ahmet were very professional from the start to finish. Hetal was particularly exceptional, always professional and honest, although faced a few challenges on the way but Hetal remained positive and calm,and always reassured me throughout the process. From the very first conversation with Hetal, I knew we were dealing with an efficient and conscientious estate agent.
I was searching for properties on behalf on my elderly mother and had found a probate property that was listed with two agents. We needed to move fast as my mothers buyers had already completed and were living in rented accommodation whilst waiting for my mother to move, and having viewed the property with one agent, I didn’t get the feeling of professionalism or urgency from them. I made the risky decision of contacting the other agent who the property was listed with, and didn’t regret it. From then on it was “all systems go” from Hetal at Winkworths, with making an offer and securing the sale for us. Intense and persistent communication was required due to challenges of being a probate sale, and Hetal delivered on every occasion. The timescale from us making an offer to my mum moving into her new home was exactly 12 weeks, which was unbelievably fast considering the probate obstacles, conveyancing delays and other unexpected demands.
My mum is now happy in her new home near her children and grandchildren and we will always be thankful to Hetal and Winkworths for making this happen!
