Nightmare. Ignores emails. Makes appointments without notice and expects entry to property. Lies about why they can't provide EPC (says can't because of Data Protection!) And, any fault is yours, for e.g. faulty wiring: You must have plugged something in that caused the fuse box to blow. *Edit. Thank you for the offer to talk. I have amended the star rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because communication and arranging appointments did improve during my stay at the property. I will say that my electrical appliances are working perfectly fine (no fuse box blowing) in my new home.... Read more
