Hi, our whole experience with the sales team have overall been exceptional. They have been helpful, accommodating and polite. The only issue I have is that if you want to have integrated appliances in your home, you HAVE to buy through Story. The prices are very high, you should have the option to supply your own, but then they will not fit into the kitchen the units tequired. ONLY thing we can knock them for, otherwise great.
