No request or question was too much and we felt really looked after. Can’t thank her and the team enough. We will definitely use them again in future (although we don’t want to move for a while now!)

29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Struggled to get anywhere with maintenance issues. Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.
