I asked 3 different estate agents to value my property but Alison from Whitley Bay RMS was by far the most professional, well prepared and definitely very keen to have the business. The office staff were equally professional and dedicated to find a buyer. I opted for accompanied viewings and always received full details prior to the viewings and feedback after. The first offer fell through but the staff remained positive and supportive, and it wasn't long before another offer was made. I received weekly updates about the progress of the sale so any issues could be resolved quickly. I found every member of staff I dealt with to be very professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitley Bay RMS. Such a brilliant and hard working team! Thanks to you all.

My wife and I decided to sell our house in early 2022. We met with several Estate Agents but decided to use RMS in Whitley Bay after meeting Alison and being assured of the service they would provide to us.
I can say now she did not overstate the level of service they would provide or the competent way they would advertise and handle all enquires for our house.
We found a buyer after one week on the market, we actually had 6 offers in during the first weekend's viewing and nearly 20 actual viewings.
Alison and the girls, especially Jan kept us fully informed of progress. Unfortunately our potential buyer dropped out due to personal reasons when we were quite a way down the process. I think the RMS staff were almost as upset as we were.
The stress of the fall through of the sale badly affected my wife and I so we took our house of the market. We decided to try again early this year, although the market was radically different to the one in 2022. We had no hesitation in putting it up again with Alison and the team
About 5 weeks ago we completed the sale of our house. Alison, Jan and everyone else kept us fully informed of progress once again and worked with us to ensure, as best they could, nothing went wrong this time.
The team in RMS Whitley Bay are second to none. The customer service is first class and I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely first class Estate Agents!! I have had two experiences with Rook Matthews Sayer, one selling my own property and the other my late father's (ongoing).
On both occasions they gave me an honest valuation with a view to getting the best price for the property. This along with advice on how to make the most of your home prior to the sale sign going up is so helpful; they are a focussed and efficient business.
The Branch Manager Allison carried out all of the viewings on my father's property; it was such an emotional time made so much easier with her help.

I have used RMS for my recent house sale. After obtaining valuations from three other agents, I chose RMS as I felt they truly had our best interests at heart, they weren't focussed on a quick sale but more about getting the right price for the house, even if that meant waiting until the market was a bit more buoyant. We took their advice and managed to sell our house 15% more than the other agents suggested.
The customer service and sales process was professional and extremely streamlined, I was kept up to date throughout the process and was always able to speak to someone if I had any queries. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending their services. Thank you RMS.

Unfortunately as a first time buyer I was no expert on how the process worked, yet it appeared I was supposed to know everything. I was threatened that the house would go to someone else if I couldn’t get a necessary process sped up and after speaking to my mortgage adviser they could not believe the agent didn’t know the process and time frames. I was given a deadline to sort out a process I had zero control over. When asked why no one had raised it earlier that there was an issue I was advised ‘we have been busy’ and when I advised I was a first time buyer and would appreciate a bit more guidance I was told to contact my mortgage adviser. They just want the commission and don’t care how they make you feel. I had been warned not to go near Rook Matthew Sayers by friends and family but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, I wish I hadn’t. No one I have spoken to who bought houses at a similar time could actually believe the way they had been and said that buying their houses was the best experience. Such a shame that such a big milestone in our lives was made to be one of the most unpleasant points in our lives.

Can’t explain how much RMS have helped me during my first property purchase.
As a first time buyer and doing it on my own, it seemed like such a daunting process but RMS made me feel at ease.
The whole process with my solicitors was such a stressful experience, yet RMS were there for me every step of the way to help me with my solicitors and sort out any issues that were caused due to my solicitors.
The team at RMS (in particular Nicola, Jan and Denise) went above and beyond to help me out and to try and take some of the pressure off me, something which I simply cannot thank them enough for.
My whole experience with RMS was amazing and I would recommend anyone to use them as and Estate Agents.
Once again words simply cannot express how grateful I am for all their support.

They also took our house off the market without consulting us.
