Attempted to arrange a viewing for a property that had be become available the night before, at the earliest opportunity. Called in the morning to be told i would get a call back later on that day to book a viewing. Waited 3 or 4 hours but no call, so i rang up again querying why i hadn't been called, a burshed off apology and being told I'd get a call back soon. A couple hours later still nothing, so i rang again to finally be speaking to the person I'd need to in able to book a viewing. Feeling relieved i explained which proeprty it was to just be told i would get a call back later to specify what time i could choose from. A few hours later, close to closing time without any call, I call the FOURTH time to then be told AGAIN i would get a call back, promising before they close to arrange the viewing. Shock horror, no call. The next day (being the day i wanted the viewing booked for, Saturday) i called AGAIN, complaining about how I hadn't been called back. Finally been given the earliest time possible on monday to view the property I asked if anyone had viewed the property already, which somehow another guy was lucky enough to be dealt with and not myself. This guy was viewing it that day and i asked whether we would miss out if they wanted to go for it. I was told that we would still be able to view it on monday and if we both wanted it then they would present both parties for the owner to decide, which through gritted teeth i agreed with, considering if they did the job properly in the first place i would have said i wanted the property way before monday. Monday comes and a couple hours before the viewing was booked for, i get a call saying the property has gone! So not only does this company FAIL to adhere the very basic skills of an estate agency, they LIED to me numerous times which eventually lead to me losing the ideal property i had been looking for months for! Quite literally the WORST experience i've ever had with an estate agents.... Read more
