In short scammers, I gave them a property to rent out they never screened the tenants they never carried out the gas safety checks which they charged for . When I took my property back they wont give me any documents regarding how much rent should be paid the tenant is now disputing the amount they also gave the tenant a back dated hand written receipt To say he paid his rent in advance even though they text me after that date stating the tenant was due to come in and pay his rent. They did all this because I asked them to sell the property and they offered me less money and tried to cut a side deal with the purchaser, I know this because the neighbours offered me more then the agent I told them to speak to the agent and he told them it was sold. I drove past the property and their was a sold subject to contract sign on the property. This was before I even refused their offer. After all this they still have the property on their website 24 Kentish Rd handsworth. I have past info to trading standards and the property redress scheme and I request anyone who has a property let out by them to go check all your paperwork don’t let them fob you off by saying it’s on file like they did with me....
