Mohammed from Virdee Estates was handling my property’s sale. His team and himself went many extra miles to make it happen as smooth and as headache-free as possible. I was very satisfied with the final result. The other agency (Hunters) tried to lowball me to sell my home way cheaper to have a quick sale, Virdee gave me a 20% higher estimate, committed and delivered. Property was located in Packwood close, Handsworth.
Highly recommended agency.

I had my house on for sale with another estate agent who over priced my house to the point I was stuck without a sale for 3 months. I approached Virdee who I have used before, and they we none pushy, very professional and very accurate with the sale price, which was still above my expectations. Within a week of signing the contract with them, as promised my house was sold to a cash buyer. We have just completed today and over the moon with the service I was kept upto date with the progress throughout and my calls returned within a quick period. I would highly recommend Virdee to sell your house. Thank Virdee Estates for an excellent service.

Everyone at Virdees are very kind and professional, I have used Virdee again and again due to their professionalism. They help buyer's and sellers every step of the way throughout their property buying or selling process. I will next be using Virdees again to rent out my own home the same one I purchased through them aswell.

If I could give these guys negative stars, I would! Here are the facts: I enlisted the services of Virdee Estates about 8 years ago to manage my rental property. I entrusted these guys to look after my property and check the tenants they were putting in. However, I received a letter from the Police about 5 months ago saying that they needed to speak to me regarding the vile, anti-social tenants in my property. At the same time, I received a letter from the Council saying that there was a lot of dog mess and rubbish at the property and there was a leaking pipe. Apparently, the tenants were causing such a nuisance in the neighbourhood and kept vicious dogs which ran out the back and terrorised the neighbours. I confronted Virdee Estates about this via telephone and they had no knowledge of this. They were meant to be “managing” my property, how could they not know about this!!? I instructed them to go and check on the tenants and property and he told me there was nobody living there. Needless to say, I lost my temper instantly and demanded Virdee’s not to put any more tenants in and to stop managing my property with immediate effect. He advised me that I need to give him 90 day’s notice, in which time he would arrange to have the property tidied up and cleaned. I instructed him to keep me informed which he only did every time I prompted him. Incidentally, I asked to see a copy of my contract with Virdee Estates and they completely ignored this request on several occasions. When it came to give me my keys back he claimed that there was nothing wrong with the property and that the neighbours probably plotted to get rid of the tenants as they did not like them, which was total lie. Also, the garden was left in a sorry state with the remnants of a dog cage like structure left behind. He told me everything had been sorted, another lie!! In actual fact, Virdee’s put in tenants from Social Housing to “guarantee rent income”. This was something I wasn’t told about! I came to Virdee Estates to help me rent my property out as I was new to this and didn’t know what to do. I feel I’ve been exploited and taken advantage of. I am now having to spend lots of time and money to fix things like the boiler and electrics all of which could have been avoided if Virdee Estates did their job properly!
