I have been with TG Sales & Lettings since it was created and TG manages a few houses for me. I think I saw everything as a landlord and what some landlords do not seem to understand is that you can have all the credit checks done to see if the tenant ticks the boxes, this will never show you if a divorce, a disease, unemployment etc are going to send the tenant right in " cuckoo land " or in " new-zombie " zone.
Bottom line, I put a house for sale, I had a buyer in 5 days, the house sold in 12 weeks ish, Glenn Smith/Sales answering my questions straight away for things I did not know how to do and even contacting my solicitor. I have and and I am still dealing with the 4 stars ladies at TG lettings:
Rachel/director, Ros &Tina/maintenance, Erin/accountancy, always answering, always helping, always working around my budget, and always finding a solution and giving me advice. They are the pillars of the firm. Conclusion EFFICIENCY is what describes TG Sales & Lettings team.

Have lived in a property managed by TG sales and lettings for coming up 8 years and cannot recommend enough. Any time there has been an issue or any maintenance needs doing they resolve it as soon as they can and always keep us in the loop if there is any delays/updates. Every time you interact with staff, if it’s email, phone or in person they are always friendly, polite and professional. From enquiring about viewing the property to routine inspections, everything is easy. Cannot recommend enough.

Very unprofessional. Making multiple empty promises about updates and viewings. Took over a week to schedule a viewing and then CG lettings cancelled it the day before (after myself ringing to check if viewing was still going ahead, no email updates sent)

I have dealt with some really shocking letting agencies in the past but Erin and Rachel at T&G have been so incredible with my recent move viewing, referencing, payment and paperwork completed all within 3 days which is just unheard of. these to ladies have set an incredible standard for the company. 5 stars will definitly use T&G for future properties

I contacted this company on the 13th of March. I wanted to put a cash offer in on a commercial property, I just needed a few basic details and to book in a viewing. I was told that they would need to find out the information about the property and get back to me. I had no response by the end of the day, so I called back, I was told again by a different person that someone would call me back.
A week later, still no call back.
I will not be using this agency for any future property purchases or sales.

The TG team have been brilliant before, during and after our move into our new home. Any problem or query I’ve had has been sorted and answered straight away. We felt our previous estate agents just wanted us out of their hair as soon as possible but TG really care about their customers and want to do whatever they can to help. Rude staff, disgraceful responsiveness. Enquired about a propery i was interested, had no response for 4 days so enquired again, ignored for another few days, enquired again & was sent a rude snotty email in response telling me that the property wasn't available for viewing for another few weeks & my name was apparently "added to a list" to get in touch with to organise a viewing when available. I waited until the informed date to be contacted but never was & the property went while i was constantly ignored. Disgraceful service.

I have dealt with TG Lettings since the beginning of their business, the service is fast and friendly also Rachel has been very helpful with legal advice with problem tenants and hasn’t charged for this service. In the past I have had problems with Letting Agents but wouldn’t use anyone else but TG to sell or let my properties. I find the staff and Directors very helpful and honest which is very refreshing in the sad society that we live in.

We used TG to sell our home and their professionalism couldn’t be faulted. From Glenn taking the expert pictures, the For Sale sign/Sold sign arriving in super quick time, weekly catch up emails from Claire and Rachel, and all the admin bits done by the rest of the team I knew the sale was going to go quickly and smoothly.
We are now on day 2 in our New House and the stressful part of moving is done but so much of the stress was taken away by the Team. I’m not thinking of moving anywhere in the near future but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend all at TG residential.

People waiting outside waiting to be seen when the office was shut on their opening hours, didn’t open until 45 min after opening time...wondering if a vendor lost a potential buyer... very unprofessional, bit of a cowboy attitude

Over the last year I have been a tenant of one the properties managed by TG Residential. Whenever there has been an issue with the property TG have always been quick to respond and to find a solution. TG have made my first experience of a rental accommodation a great one; if I were to move back to the area I would definitely use them again. Very poor customer service from the Gloucester letting office when I complained about them sending contractors around with no notice or knowledge. I wouldnt have known had I not come back to new taps... Hung up on 3 times and still not been sent the complaints procedure they said they would send me.
