Having had word of mouth from a conveyancing solicitor times past about Tim, I believe which was he was a good sort and helpful : one disregards the 1 star folk who trouble good business by their hasty and unchanged excess negativity!?? But anyway : Others of us in society, and growing number so, learn to see beyond such troubling reviews based on little real experience or posted in a moment of maybe understandable personal upset, but hardly much if at all 1 star for the business worthy and with yet no other reviews to their business ?? A moot way we each must take care in !?? ... We all also need patience and make our errors. >>> Anyway, all I can say also, is that my first contact with Tim and his front of house colleague is just as his website says: He and company seek to seek to add a fully professional and thinking caring & properly caring personal touch, being in full sympathy as to the scene of house moves and buying and selling and finding the right sort of place..and as to what a stressful and difficult process it can be, and more so if one lacks such a good way as it seems Tim and co. seem to seek to major on, to find for it. Long I hope Tim truly continues so, as it seems I am finding he has, and seeks to pursue most well, for much good fine and fulfilling business for him, and lots of very happy satisfied folk, who find a really just fine house home through his and team's help, and or a sale of one's own place, in which one is most happy about. Every best to Tim and co. And looking forward to seeing how his business works on for my case as he is able to help at all.... I am very hopeful !!... Read more

Without actually writing an essay, all I can say is due to lack of information reported back, Which I communicated with a member of staff to be called back regarding a property I was interested in viewing, I asked for a call back, I never got a call back, I have missed out on a potential property that I’ve been meaning to view. So I waited for this call back, of which never happened, and so to my horror after I have sent an email to view the property again it’s now under offer. Is this acceptable, no, I appreciate we all make mistakes, and the replies I got, oh my goodness me, this is not the way to go about things .... Read more
