As tenants of an expensive property we were treated without any respect. There was a query about our notice, which we were sorting through our landlord. Agency got involved, changed it all, I got upset, and was told to “ pipe down”
The lady who we were on the phone to knew it was a stressful day for us as we were exchanging on our own property.
I do not pay £1250 a month and look after a property with respect to be told to pipe down! Our landlord sorted the issue, no thanks to the agency.
