15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
19th Aug 2024 (15 weeks ago)Dixons were great from start to finish. We were first time buyers and very anxious stepping into the unknown with buying our first house. The team supported us throughout and no question was a stupid question. When our first property wasn’t progressing, due to the sellers, they were straight on the phone as soon as they found a suitable alternative property which met our needs. We managed to view before it went on the market and had the offer accepted within a few days. I could not recommend Dixons any higher. Big thanks to Christine and the entire team for their continued support and help with buying our first home.
31st Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)Usually a viewing is supposed to last 15 - 20 minutes . We travelled all the way from Manchester to go see this property and were running just under 8 minutes late to go see the place due to traffic in a new city. We were informed that the agent had left to be at another viewing , when we pleaded with receptionist to just allow us some time he simply said that the agent had another appointment somewhere else and we'd need to reschedule. I don't know who books these appointments in but booking another location within 15 minutes of another place is just a bad idea. Won't be using these guys again.

1st May 2024 (7 mo. ago)I try to keep an eye out for properties that are empty and vulnerable close to my house but sadly am instead treated like I'm being nosy. Shame as I used to work st Connells. Also so many rented properties are not being maintained and are dragging areas down.

9th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)Nicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion. They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home. It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop out asking price slightly. Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated. The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested. Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

7th Nov 2024 (28 days ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.

I had less than a week to find and then move into rented accommodation and the lettings team took great care to enable this to happen. Communication was excellent throughout with myself and with the landlord. Very highly recommended.

Kate, Rachael and Felicity were all approachable, professional, kind and supportive throughout what was a long process. With my first buyer pulling out, they marketed my property again immediately and secured a buyer within just a few days for full asking price. I was always able to call and ask them for advice or updates, and nothing was too much trouble. I am so pleased I chose Emdot as my agent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Once we had agreed to buy the property she kept us updated all the way through the purchasing process. There were hiccups along the way but she was always calm and informative. We knew we could rely on her for honesty and integrity through the journey from start to finish. We would certainly recommend her as an excellent estate agent
