“Thanks to everyone at Connells in Warndon Village for helping us get our first house. Even though we didn’t end up buying through them we could still use their excellent mortgage broker Tom. No matter how busy Tom is he would always make time for you and get back to you as soon as possible. I’ve heard negative things about some brokers but I only have positive things to say about Tom. We were worried going into the house purchase due to history of a pay day loan but he got us through that and it was well worth the money to ease our worries. A great like to deal with and I would recommend and use again.
Lucy who is one of the estate agents is also really nice and I would trust her both buying and selling a house from.”

I had spoken to a couple of brokers by the time I spoke to Tom at Connells (and had no complaints but always good to shop around!). The products we discussed were much better value and level of service has been excellent throughout with fast response times, inclusion in contacts with providers and the amount of time taken to talk me through the available options. At no point have I felt rushed and yet the service has been fast and efficient.

When I made an appointment with Connells it was because I has used them before for my mortgage 15 years ago.
When first in this difficult position I went to my current mortgage lender who declined my application leaving me worried and scared. Thomas made no empty promises but assured me he would do everything he could to find me a mortgage.
At times I was stressed and finding all the paperwork too much but Thomas reassured me and helped where ever he could with documents and explaining what to do.
I am so impressed with the knowledge and understanding Thomas has of the whole process and will never be able to express my sincere thanks enough.
I would not hesitate to recommend Connells to anyone who is looking for a mortgage.

5 star service from this estate agents! Lucy and James were on top of my house purchase from start to finish without me needing to do any chasing which I know is rare when buying, and if I did ever call the office, they were always very helpful and would deal with my query very quickly. Tom the Mortgage Advisor was also really helpful and professional and knows his stuff. If you're looking for an all in one where you can get mortgage/purchase/sale/solicitors all sorted together with great service, I would highly recommend Connells Warndon!
