As first time buyers we couldn’t of asked for a more helpful and supportive estate agents. They’re always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions or worries that we have.

When I made an appointment with Connells it was because I has used them before for my mortgage 15 years ago.
When first in this difficult position I went to my current mortgage lender who declined my application leaving me worried and scared. Thomas made no empty promises but assured me he would do everything he could to find me a mortgage.
At times I was stressed and finding all the paperwork too much but Thomas reassured me and helped where ever he could with documents and explaining what to do.
I am so impressed with the knowledge and understanding Thomas has of the whole process and will never be able to express my sincere thanks enough.
I would not hesitate to recommend Connells to anyone who is looking for a mortgage.
