Unique estates have a for sale board on a property on Highters Heath Lane B14. Iv called over 20 times over a week and no answer. They have no listing on Rightmove or Zoopla for the property but for sale board outside the property.... Read more

I had a great experience with this company as i was able to sell my house at a good price and now i am living in the house that i really wanted. The manager was very helpful and gave me professional advise as well as his colleagues which were helpful answering any inquiries that i had. To begin with, personally if the Manager and His Secretary are seeing this; I'd like to say thank you for doing my work and selling my house at the best rates I had seen. The workers are extremely helpful and are able to explain everything clearly for those who do and don't understand the English Language. during my time spent here, whilst waiting for the manager, the workers would often make tea for each other and present cups of tea to their other clients without even asking. Upon seeing this I was very welcome at my time spent at this Estate Agent. I would 100% recommend anyone to this Estate Agent considering the cheapest price with the most work done in the least time.... Read more

The most corrupted estate ever, keep away . Mr Abas is the biggest liear u ever met. Was looking for mortgage and same time sell my house too. He told me to look for house as the mortgage it's 100% guarantee. He asked me to pay £2000 when the job done, he put my house on market and put off the viewers,telling them the house is sold , I wasn't aware of this until some viewers knocked on my door showing me the proof. Immediately called other estate agent and they valued my house v high. Mr Abas ignored my phone calls and asked his assistants to lie to me every time I called, so I went there to face that con man myself and asked questions about th mortgage as I was loosing my dream house, without any shame he asked me for £5000 which of course I refused . Sold my house £30 000 more than he valued , got my dream home... Read more
