Very disappointing experience with Backstone Properties. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and issues were repeatedly ignored or delayed. The overall level of professionalism was far below what you would expect from a property company. I had a very disappointing experience with Backstone Properties due to their poor performance and unprofessional behaviour. Communication was extremely slow and often non-existent. Important queries were ignored for long periods, and when responses did come, they were vague and unhelpful. It felt as though customer concerns were not taken seriously at all. There was also a clear lack of organisation and accountability. Issues that should have been handled quickly were repeatedly delayed, and promises made by staff were not followed through. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Professionalism is something you expect when dealing with a property company, but unfortunately that standard was not met. The way situations were handled felt careless and at times dismissive. Overall, I would not recommend Backstone Properties based on my experience. The service fell far below what tenants or clients should reasonably expect from a property management company.... Read more

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Blackstone Property, particularly with Shahzad and Shahid. Their behaviour was highly unprofessional and they clearly lack the basic skills required to deal with clients properly. Whenever issues were raised about the property, they completely avoided taking responsibility. Instead of trying to resolve problems or support tenants, they ignored concerns and failed to provide any proper communication or assistance. It felt like once they had the tenant in the property, they simply stopped caring. One of the most serious issues is that the deposit was not properly secured, which is a legal requirement for letting agents and landlords in the UK. This alone shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. Overall, dealing with them has been stressful and disappointing. Their attitude towards tenants and the way they handle problems is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through Blackstone Property, or dealing with Shahzad and Shahid, to be extremely cautious and make sure everything is properly documented.... Read more

Blackstone manage a few of our properties. They find good tenants reasonably fast, who are checked for requirements. The properties are managed as well, so relatively headache free. Exactly what we need from an agent. Making a landlords experience less daunting. Highly recommended.... Read more

One of the worst experiences I ever had brother Ali came to evaluate my property and put in a very high price above value. At first I had no viewers than I had to chase him up everyday! Then he put the price down after I asked him too. Then I had viewer's who never turned up, or bothered answering his calls. When I had somw viewers they didn't want to pay even near the price which I had my house on for. Today I've asked him to take the board off. Our pakistani agencies are rubbish they all are very bad and never can keep their word. I would never recommend this place x... Read more
