Shame on this letting agency. I would not recommend anyone to be using this agency to rent out properties. Based on the previous reviews I have read it seems that others share the same view as me.
The letting agents are unhelpful and difficult to get hold of and I am sure they themselves wouldn't consider residing in some of the properties they let out. The properties they let out are in absolute state and it seems that they will only let out these properties to those tenants who are less inclined to complain about the appalling state of the properties.

Absolute joke of a place! Property listed to let yesterday (Thursday), I called on the day to book a viewing. Was given a time on Saturday. Husband called them on the same day to ask if viewing can be arranged for Friday as we're really keen on viewing it. Was told someone will call back. No phone call. Get a call this morning (Friday) to say they will be cancelling viewing on Saturday as someone came in with their application for the property this morning. When I asked why no one had called back yesterday to let us know if there were any viewings available today, she told me "We weren't doing any viewings today that's why". When I asked if the application had been made by someone without them even viewing the property, I was told "Yes". Well that's a first! Someone wanting a property without even viewing it??? Oh and the listing didn't even have any images on it. Clearly a relative or friend of the owner had first dibs. That's if the listing was even legit in the first place. I don't understand these estate agents. What is the point of listing a property if the owner already has someone in mind? Unprofessional and a waste of time. Dont even bother with them.
