I when to view a flat in Ilkeston. I visited the flat just after I left Tom called be but went off called hem back gave him the impression he wanted said he would get back to me tried to get back to him he is blanking me

Do you not rent any properties from these people they will give you a horrible apartment that is damp and not fit for a human to live it is more like a prison cell absolutely horrible to live in and then at the end of your tenancy they will accuse you of being a bad tenant and will not give you any of your money back they told me I must release my funds them as a gesture of goodwill I am absolutely appalled by how they have treated me I can’t believe a company can extort money out of a 22-year-old girl it is disgusting and I’m going to a lawyer about this business do not use this company and the attitude on The Workers is disgusting I didn’t know you was allowed to talk like that to people

AVOID AT ALL COST
Used Urpad to rent a property out and regretted it instantly. They never respond to your questions or queries and promise you call backs but never deliver. They do not care about their tenants at all.
Dealt with Shannon who was patronising and seemed to have no clue whatsoever. Was also rude and kept interrupting and could not wait to get off the phone.
They also will look for any excuse to retain your deposit so if you do decide to rent through them make sure you take photographic evidence before and after your tenancy.
Dealt with David to get my deposit back and he made up extra charges and when asked for proof had nothing. Again no call backs or nothing and after a month of calling and chasing and lodging a dispute with My Deposits I finally got my deposit back.
Not worth the time and effort and would not recommend! Unprofessional and dodgy.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 to be honest.
They are terrible when you want answers. When we tried to move in on our tenancy date, the flat we were moving into had no furniture so we had to stay in a hotel for 3 days until they sorted a new room.
The staff are very unprofessional and are very ignorant when you need answers.
They tell you they will call you back about something but never do. They also don't give you access to your electric meters.
Stay clear of Urpad they also changed their names 5 times since we moved in.
Waste of space.

one month ago my work email details were stolen and used to leave the 5 star review above. I have reported this to google and contacted Urpad asking them to remove this as I (both personally and professionally) have not used this service and have not left a review. The above review IS NOT my personal or professional opinion. I would like Urpad to remove this false review posted with out my approval

Delighted with the service provided by Ian and his team. He works really hard for you and to help you to get the home of your choice. Ian gets to know his buyers and sellers. I have received a bespoke service.
If you want customer service second to none when you are kept informed with kindness, humour, honesty and experience included this is the estate agent to use.
I shall nominate him for Estate Agent of the year. Thank you Ian and your team I really appreciate all your hard work on my behalf. Success I have a great price for my price and the new home of my choice.

Avoid! Left me believing I was viewing a property for 3 weeks to tell me the night before that it was let the day after it went on the market. I was told I couldn’t let without viewing! Dodgey!

We used it pad to sell our mother's property Ian and all the staff were great to deal with they all helped through out the time it took to sell the property would definitely use them again

Atrocious customer service. Tenants treated as cash cows. Emails and calls ignored for days and weeks.Received a draft contract for a tenancy which was littered with spelling mistakes and errors. These were highlighted three weeks before we went on holiday but urpad failed to rectify until after we had left the country despite being made aware of this date. We ended up having to sign the contract on the day we moved in, upon return from holiday which was not great for either us or the landlord. It's was also quite stressful as we had no certainty we would have a property on our return without a contract. All I can say is avoid at all costs!
