They regularly updated us with progress; helped with any queries we may have and were very supportive during a very anxious time as we were moving home after being in our property for over 25 years. When phoning the office if the person we needed to speak to was not available the person taking the call would always do their best to assist but if they couldnt the message got passed on very quickly. Decided to move from our house after 30+ years and chose C J Hole as we were very impressed by Emily Davies, her commitment, her drive to get our house sold, and to get us the best price, so we could afford our move to the outskirts of Bristol.
Emily came, took all the photos and led us through the house selling process, keeping us informed all the way through the process, even advising us on our strategy to buy our 'house in the country'. She was ably assisted by Andy, the branch manager, who 'took over the reins' when she was otherwise engaged, or on a day off. In fact, we were very impressed with the rest of the team, especially Kieran, who did the majority of viewings and Ed who helped out when Kieran was off. In fact we can't fault the service we recieved. Special thanks to Emily/Andy for the fraught days before exchange, when they both did their utmost to get us 'over the line' despite numerous small hiccups.
If we could give Emily/Andy 6 stars, we would.

In regard to the letting of my property in Bristol, Rafal Lunitz has been exceptionally professional and gone above and beyond in saving me from having to worry about any month to month issues that may occur. As a buyer, Ed Thornton was the main point of contact at CJ Hole, Bishopston and I found him to be a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents! He knew his stuff about the property in which I was interested, and if he didn't he said so straight away and then promptly went and found me the answers I needed. Had a good experience initially renting through CJ Hole, however at the end of my tenancy they were very unreasonable regarding deductions from my deposit. Despite cleaning the house to a reasonable standard, they were adamant that they wanted to make large deductions from my deposit. They score each rooms cleanliness out of 5, 5 being the worst possible score. They gave one room a 4 because of 'heavy dust on window', one room a 3 because of 'light dust on skirting'. To recieve the second lowest score in my opinion, the room would have to be similar to a squat. They proceeded to deduct almost £400 from my deposit for the cleaning of the house, so they are either being conned by their cleaner, or I have been conned by them. They also deducted £15 to replace 2 lightbulbs. I managed to get the overall deductions down by £120 so it is definitely worth arguing with them, however I have just had a baby so ran out of energy and regretfully let them take the rest out of my deposit. Overall I would say if you have an option, they're best avoided, bunch of crooks looking to rob your deposit.

I'm staying in Crown house. There has been mould in my bathroom since before I moved in, I have complained multiple times and am constantly told that a decorator will come in to sort it out within the next week or two, yet months in this still hasn't happened. Furthermore, The pipe in my sink has also corroded away causing it to leak every time I use it which I informed them about weeks ago, yet nothing has been done. Despite this they have sent people to take promotional photos of the flats, they are more concerned with advertising the flats for next year than dealing with current maintenance issues. The building manager always seems to be on annual leave and has started ignoring most of my emails about unresolved maintenance issues.

The worst agency. They treat students like they’re not humans. I have lived in a property managed by CJ Hole for two years. They were extremely slow with responding or fixing things. When we moved in a few things were broken, such as the shower head, which we reported and it never got fixed. When our fridge broke, they have informed us we will have to wait for at least a week. After a week nothing happened. I called them again and I have been informed they need to wait for the fridge to be delivered now. I have informed them that my partner keeps his medicine in the fridge and we need a new fridge ASAP. After about a week and a half of waiting they have finally gave us a replacement fridge which just stood in our living room as it didn’t fit where the fridge was previously. We had to wait 3 weeks for a new fridge to be installed. There have been multiple times when me or my flatmates weren’t informed about the works being done and people would simply show up at your door saying they need to fit or fix something. Now we are waiting to get our deposit back. We have moved out a month ago and CJ Hole has made insane deductions to our deposit regardless of the flat being left in a better condition that when we got it. One of the things they are trying to charge us for is the limescale in the shower that we have reported when we first moved in. We disagreed on the deductions and CJ Hole has been ignoring our emails. They still haven’t replied to my email from over a week ago. Avoid.

Though we found a place through open rent in the end, he went above and beyond to help after we were turned down for a few tenancies - emailing me other places that were going to come up on the market and checking in with us after I was pretty gutted at not getting somewhere. Absolutely awful estate agents. Trying to take £800 out of our deposit as well as our neighbours in the same building for the same reasons:
- £200 cleaning fee when it was not “professionally cleaned” when moved in, to name a few things; maggots and larvae found in vacuum cleaner, dirty floors and walls, mould and mildew all over bathroom, and unclean mattresses and many more. Despite all this we cleaned it upon moving out and left it in a far better standard yet still being charged? Very unfair!
- £500 for heavily stained mattresses and missing fridge drawers, but there were missing drawers in the first place! Initially there were missing mattress protectors which we complained about and CJ did replace them but now they’re trying to charge us for dirty mattresses? Why would we damage mattresses if we asked for mattress protectors and used them at all times?
- £50 for taking rubbish out, yet bin rooms hardly get taken out and their own contractors use the bin rooms to dispose large items such as old ovens which fill up the bins.
- £50 for decoration when there were already marks on the wall and the paint was peeling off in the bathroom when we moved in.
We have evidence against all these false claims and will not tolerate unfair deductions. Further action will be taken from our flat as well as other flats in the same building.
Please avoid CJ Hole if looking to rent, they will try everything to retain deposits and not follow through on the reasons for the deductions just so the next tenants deposits will be deducted for the same reasons as before.

Another of Bristol’s dishonest and greedy lettings agents profiting from lies. Currently attempting to charge us in excess of £300 for mattress protectors that were never provided, rubbish removal despite the bins having not been collected for over two weeks prior, ‘decoration’ although the walls were filthy when we moved in and were painted just days before we moved out (ie a far better state than move in) and a cleaning fee despite the flat being left spotless. Neighbouring tenants in this apartment complex have had exactly the same charges, suggesting CJ hole hasn’t taken the time to actually inspect the flats and just blindly charges tenants in this manner. No doubt they did the same to the tenants before us, although clearly no decorating or cleaning had been carried out before we moved in.
Thoroughly disappointed but what can you expect.

CJ hole are trying to deduct over £600 from us upon moving out of their platform property. This included an extortionate £330 for a ‘Light’ clean which is above the tariff given to us via email. Inventory is clearly not up to date as they are trying to also charge £140 for fridge repairs which was in the same condition it was given to us! Might I add the flat was filthy upon moving in and they believe the best way to treat mould is simply to paint over it, leading to me becoming ill as a result! Just another company trying to line their pockets with student money and do not pick up the phone. If you are a student I would avoid CJ hole as much as humanly possible as they believe it is okay for students to live with mould and take their money.

Absolutely awful, tried to deduct £620 out of our deposit, of course the DPS awarded it all back to us as they tried to claim for blinds that didn't work at the start of our tenancy, incompetent, missed EICR deadline, took over a year to get our holding deposit back when they changed the law, had contractors turn up unannounced & Jess on the phone telling us they left their notepad on the side & asking if he can nip back and grab it, when they didn't show up, wouldn't have minded but he was already in our house! Accused us of smashing the conservatory window & told us if we do not contribute towards the cost we will be evicted. We had our own builders and glaziers inspect it. But cj hole said their report showed we did it due to the shape of the cracks in the window, we asked for this said report to no avail as there wasn't a single crack left - they are very manipulative & caused us soo much stress while living there!

We had rented a house that CJ hole managed. I mean where do I start? The largest panel on the conservatory ceiling smashed & if it was 5 minutes before would have landed on us. I rang the emergency number, Emma then twisted it saying we did it. Then having phone calls telling us we will be evicted immediately if we do not contribute towards the window. Took 4 months to replace (luckily the outside panel was intact) we had water dripping directly into plug sockets too. We have had contractors turn up unannounced, we asked to decorate and all was agreed - then to be told it will be deducted from our deposit if not returned to original colours - wasn't a problem until they advertised the house as newly refurbished!! They missed the EICR deadline by a month, took over a year to ask for our 1 week holding deposit refund back & deducted £500 for electric blinds that never worked when we moved in & we requested for them to be fixed. Landlady said we can do this at our own cost. Just received an email (accidentally sent to us rather than the new tenants) that they want access to REMOVE said broken blinds!

I was selling my mum's house following her death. CJ Hole gave me a realistic valuation and the property was under offer within days. When this buyer pulled out they managed to find another buyer within a few days without the need to re-advertise the property.
Rowena Parker, my sales coordinator, was brilliant. As a result of the buyer having issues with lenders etc the sale turned in to a long drawn out process. Rowena kept things moving and was constantly updating me on progress as well as progressing the buyers and their legal team.

Absolutely terrible experience with this agency. We have taken over the property from the previous tenants without inspection and we have been asked to sign an outdated inventory (by 8 months). The house was filthy and damaged but we still agreed as there was pressure of time. After one year we were asked if we wanted to renew and we accepted. Our response was ignored and only 4 months later we discovered that the renewal was not completed and we were on a monthly basis arrangement without our knowledge. When we confronted them, they cited our contract and refused to take any responsibility. We renewed the contract after a lot of delays and yet again we were asked to sign the same outdated inventory. At the end of our tenancy they told us that all 3 keys we handed back (the ones we were using up to the last day) were not working and that we would have to pay for the lock change without them providing any proof. We delivered the property in a better state than we got it but it has been 3 weeks and still they have not given us back our deposit. They claim that the property needed cleaning, even though it was handed in an immensely better shape than when we took over and supposedly the landlord is calculating the deductions, some of which seem to be for damages from the previous tenants. They have not returned my calls about the deposit. The stress and discomfort this agency has caused us is immeasurable. Avoid!!!

Very very stressful experience. First of all they recommended a Solicitor that the buyer was already dealing with, so a lot of time was wasted and documents sent and were lost so we had to change as "Conflict of Interest" Told us Buyer was not in a chain but her property was being bought by a Developer , it all had to be finalised before 30 June due to Stamp duty. This was back at the beginning of March . Also not told that Buyer was interested in a fitting being left so sold the item . Each time we were supposed to exchange contracts a myriad of excuses were given .It eventually turned out that what I was told was a proceedable ,chain free buyer was not the case. On the third time of trying to exchange was then told that someone down the line did not have the funds and had not received their Mortgage Offer. Dreadful lack of service and communication and now need to start again.

Be aware of what you're told on viewings. I was told that as part of the sale a fixture would be left at the property and to wait for the F&F form to come through to confirm that I wanted to keep it. I've since been told that the fixture has been removed and I should have made sure that it was stated on the sales memo.
And of course they are now not taking any responsibility for the misinformation and have advised that a verbal agreement means nothing!

Having now moved in to a new property I can reflect on my experiences with CJ Hole. Very good, detailed listings and a rush free, Covid safe viewing with Michael.
Application, referencing and contract process very smooth, prompt, with fantastic, friendly and efficient communication from Magda and Sara which really helped my confidence in the arrangements being made.
The only niggle (which is not the fault of CJ Hole) is that Homelet, the partner referencing agency are a little ott on frequency of emails, calls and texts to try and sell their add on services (such as home insurance, internet), after the main referencing is signed off.
Key collection and rent checks were also promptly arranged and Covid safe.
I would happily recommend CJ Hole as a trustworthy letting agent based on my experiences.

They accepted our deposit, had us sign a contract stating if they changed their mind through no fault of ours before the move in date, the deposit would be returned.
They then changed their mind and attempted to keep our deposit.
After a firm dispute, they agreed to return it as a 'good will gesture'. They then took 2+ weeks to return it, after several follow up calls and emails.
Just what you need when you're moving house.

Do not allow CJ Hole to manage your property- The year I spent letting from CJ Hole was terrible. Our bathroom ceiling fell in, and they took over 2 months and countless emails and phone calls to give us any kind of compensation. When our property manager left, we were left without any kind of support or indeed any reason why our emails were suddenly going unanswered. At every possible opportunity they attempted to make us liable for faults with the property- when the key got stuck or the fact that the heating, water etc. didn't work. I was told point blank if any of my actions had caused it I would be charged at great expense. To add insult to injury on moving out of the property, I was charged £288 for the cleaning of the bathroom. The ceiling had fallen in only 3 months earlier, and while I was assured money would not be taken off my deposit for issues like discolouration or the inevitable mould that comes with a bathroom filled with water for a week and a half, here we are. Overall, I've found the experience entirely dehumanising, to them I am nothing but a way to get more money.

My partner has been trying to book a viewing for a property to let, but has been consistently messed about by this company. We booked a viewing for a property, but were told that they couldn’t book us in for 2 weeks, despite the property being listed on letting sites such as Right I’ve. We were then told that we would have to share the it with another group also wishing to view it, as the company had not properly allocated time or resources to showing groups around individually. This clearly would cause some tension and isn’t the ideal situation for viewing a property. Then today when we were supposed to go and view it, we realised that we had been booked onto another property instead, one that we had no desire to go and see. My partner called up to enquire about this and was told the property we wanted to see had already been let. This is entirely unacceptable and a petty way to run a business. My partner said that she felt patronised by a lady there she was corresponding with. Definitely do not recommend until the business has some semblance of organisation and trustworthiness, because at the minute it just feels like we were being completely messed about.

CJ hole has 'managed' two student properties I have lived in now. I'm sad to say the response time to emergencies, correspondance, communication within the company, and the records made of the issues we were having, has consistently been terrible.
Despite the extended time needed to 'clean' the property, both houses have had rubbish/debri from the clean left in the back garden.
In this house, we flagged this immediatly on entry and its taken over a month and a half to have it sorted. The worst part is that there was NO RECORD of this complaint on their systems. I have no idea how they have 15 years of experience, when despite the lovely estate agents, the negligence and lack of accountability takes the spotlight above all else.
You will call one of them with a complaint/issue, and then have to explain it again to someone else there a week later, like it was never even listened to in the first place.
The 1 star is because the agents are actually lovely. But the management of the company and clients is an abomination.
By all mean buy from them as I'm sure they're keen to make the commision. But never, ever rent from them. Tennants are not taken seriously.

These reviews must surely be fake.Isnt it odd that all the other estate agents in Bristol put together have less than a quarter the number of reviews than this company, AND they are all 5 star?
We used them to manage and let our property and they are a total disaster. They give bad advice. They use a whole network of dodgy builders, roofers, electricians, handymen, decorators, Plumber’s, flooring specialists who they probably get huge backhanders from and who massively overcharge to fix things. They couldn’t organise a p@@@ up in a brewery. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole if you have a choice!

Awful letting agent. They do not support tenants. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from anyone else other than CJ Hole. Don’t know what as a tenant you pay agency fees for. Especially when they charge a minimum of 2 people even if you are just renting a place on your own. Disgusting!!! As someone who now owns a property there is no way I would use CJ Hole to rent out or to sell and am actively discouraging friends from using them in the new year after this experience.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, she pushed for resolution of issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, even when others did not seem to be doing so and ensured that everything was completed in a timely fashion. 5 Star service from all the team. We had registered our interest in a particular property several months before hand and were contacted by the team to let us know that there was a property about to come on the market - to me this was real customer service: that they had not only taken note of exactly the type of property we were after, but had kept our details to let us know about it. They quickly arranged viewings for our house, and got us several offers very quickly. We were then assigned Emma - who looked after the selling / buying process. She was excellent - gave us regular updates, kept things on track and gave us advice on our options / next steps. On top of all this she dealt very well with our very difficult buyer. At one point our buyer actually pulled out of the purchase, and the whole team worked very quickly, securing us a new buyer over the weekend, to ensure that we didn't lose the property we were buying. A big thank you to all the team at CJ Hole Bishopston. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Ask you to create a separate account with people you don't know because they "can't be bothered to accept payment from multiple accounts" for a shared contract. Allow you to move into a house which is absolutely filthy. Will never use again.

I was really happy with the approach the whole team in the Bishopston branch dealt with the sale of my property. We have purchased 2 properties from CJ Hole Bishopston and have found the service to be very refreshing compared to the usual estate agent experience.
The agent understood the type of property we were looking for and had local knowledge which was invaluable in helping us choose the right property. The Agent did not waste our time showing us properties unsuitable to our needs. When we submitted our offer we had confidence that this was relayed to the seller without prejudice.
Once we had an offer accepted there was no strong arm tactics to persuade us to use their financial services (also refreshing). We were kept regularly up to date with the progress of the purchase and even provided with advice for letting the property even though we had our own letting agent.
I look forward to working with this Estate Agency again, and that is not something you can say often when it comes to Estate Agents!! If our current letting agent retires (a close friend) we will not hesitate to transfer our properties to CJ Hole's letting department.

We are in the process of renting a student property and CJ Hole representative Frankie Bath (our estate agent) has been particularly helpful in explaining the details to us and the process of renting (as it's our first time). She's been very friendly and polite and exceptionally helpful. However, at the beginning of our enquiries into the student house we were disappointed by the level of service we had on the phone - unlike Frankie, the full details of the terms of rental were not fully disclosed (something that should be essential for first time renters/buyers - especially students) and when questioning the terms (to be specific the joint and severally liable tenancy contract) the person on the phone was very rude and defensive and threatened us with terminating going ahead with the agreement. It doesn't need to be said we were within our rights to question the term and for our guarantors to be concerned at the lack of transparency and communication from CJ Hole. However, since the initial hiccup we have been more than impressed with CJ Hole and Frankie. Perhaps just worth noting that students are still customers of your agency and should be treated with the same level of respect as other customers (especially as we all pay the same agency fees).

Worst customer experience ever. It has a reputation around Bristol, but in matter of customer support, it should receive less than one star. After many issues within the property, every time we had to contact the landlord, a property that was miss soled to us, as managed by CJ Hole. They jump in so fast to put you to sign the contract. After you sign the contract, they will be all gone, not only they do not manage properties, they DON'T CARE about you. They are so “busy” they forget to cancel the standing order that was supposed to be cancelled after my last payment. Incurred £20 for nonpayment, and affects my credit score.

Our Lettings Agents were Dagmara Zielinska and Eerena Stones. The whole experience was smooth and seamless throughout, from viewing properties, to negotiating and securing our final choice of home and sorting the particulars.
Dagmara was really friendly, polite and courteous and secured our property of choice quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated at all times. Of note she was very flexible with viewing times, especially when they had to be arranged around our busy work schedules!
Eerena has been an absolute star when sorting out the management of our property, particularly when we have had any issues with our heating/hot water etc. She has gone above and beyond to get things sorted speedily for us and is always a delight to deal with.

My experience of service received from (London-based) Lettings Agents historically has ranged from very poor to not bad, but the service received so far from CJ Hole has been nothing short of excellent.
Sharon's knowledge of the prevailing legislation relating to Lettings is comprehensive and impressive, and she clearly understands that the role of a good Lettings Agent involves actively marketing the property to prospective tenants, as opposed to playing the role of glorified key-holder.

I don't have much spare time for running around I found the company to be up to date with i.T which meant I could do everything in my time on my computer, i.e. sign papers which saved me a lot of time like driving through traffic if you know Bristol then you will know what I mean. All the team I came across were very polite, professional and very helpful, especially Sharon Hollyman the lettings manger and Izzy (Isabella) Caci Marla the Senior move In co-ordinator they helped me so much and made all my letting easy and smooth which is defiantly what you want as a landlord so I will defiantly have no problem using this company again for letting. I would recommend this agent if you want a hassle free experience.

The C J Hole staff are outstanding - efficient, helpful and attentive and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism. This property was marketed by the company on a let only basis and is not managed by them and, unfortunately, the property was viewed whilst the previous tenants were in attendance and I was not able to inspect it properly. Consequently, we have now found that the standard of repair, cleanliness and décor falls seriously below the norm In addition the inventory appears to be based on an historic document and certainly does not reflect the current state of the property and its contents. The situation is being recovered slowly in conjunction with the landlord but has caused us much stress; to that end, I would recommend that prospective tenants discuss this scenario with C J Hole agents prior to signing their agreement.

We have been seriously disappointed in CJ Hole on 2 previous occassions and we now out of principle refuse to deal with them ever again- this is really upsetting when they do have a lot of decent properties and we now want to buy somewhere not rent.
Our first experience with CJ Hole was to rent a student house; the whole experience was highly bureaucratic and pointless. For instance, they asked us to attend the estate agent with all our housemates and their parents (at least 12 people in total!) at the same time for a 5 minute guarantor meeting- why this had to be done in this manner I will never understand. Also the agency fees here are excessive.
Our second experience was our first rental after university when we viewed a 3-bed property and were told that we were allowed to have 4 people living there. Therefore we went ahead and paid all the agency fees to secure the property. However when we went to sign contracts we were told that we were NOT allowed 4 people due to extra 'wear and tear'! The agent who showed us around the property clearly just said anything to get the sale. Shocking. Ultimately, we lost out on a lot of money due to a catch in the contracts whereby if we backed out then they didnt have to reimburse us. This being said- even though they were aware of this mishap they refused to back out because they knew we would have to and ultimately then they could keep our money. This was all left to the week before the moving in date. a win win for them.

CJ Hole have been successfully letting my elderly mother's house in Henleaze Bristol for over 2 years now. I live abroad and my mother is in care home, so we needed an agent we can totally rely on to look after both our interests and that of the tenants.
They have done this very satisfactorily, with good communication skills and a sound knowledge of house rental procedures. They have found 2 good suitable tenants so far, and handle all the paperwork required and carry out regular inspections. On the few occasions when it has been necessary to send tradespeople to the property, it has been done quickly and competently at fair prices. I can highly recommend CJ Hole as letting agents if you want piece of mind and a professional service.

I’m a landlord and have been with CJ Hole for approx 18 months now.
They’re my third agency and I changed to them after 'suffering' for several years with two other local agencies. I decided to pay the small % increase in fees in the hope that I might see a more professional approach and that I could trust them in all key aspects of property management.
The bottom line is that they’ve been great and I wish I’d gone with them right from the very start. Over the last year I’ve had some technically complex issues that had to be sorted (contract and boundary issues), a substantial insurance claims to deal with and some major building works to be managed – and CJ Hole have been superb throughout it all.
I’d recommend them unequivocally – especially Kat Hanley who’s been my major point of contact.

Our main contact Sean and the rest of the team were incredibly attentive and made us feel very at ease with the whole process. Despite much of the stereotypes surrounding the profession we felt from the beginning that the attention and level of communication we were receiving showed the guys as genuinely having our interests at heart. The proof of this can be seen in the swift sale of our property and the equally swift purchase of our dream home a few weeks later. During the period of sale the team became our main point of contact as the solicitors we chose failed to match CJ Hole's emphasis on communication, guiding us through the final stages as they chased the solicitors for information.
If you're looking to sell then I can't recommend their services highly enough and if you do find a property you like listed with them, you're fortunate to be buying with confidence.

Warning to all Students renting through CJ Hole. These agents will keep your £180 letting agents fee if you fail to qualify their application process. Seven students have just lost £1260. The agent didn't even draw up contracts and only got as far as taking credit checks.We think this is day light robbery and the agency are refusing to even refund a portion of the fee considering they did very little for the £1260 charged. This is unfair and unreasonable and in light of the recent news on the BBC today regarding rip off agents we will be taking this further through the Trading Standards. I repeat. STUDENT BEWARE OF USING THIS AGENCY.

Terrible experience. The letting agent showed us the wrong flat in the building as a result we were given a tenancy agreement for a completely different (unsuitable) place. We only found this out by chance two days before our move in date. As a result we couldnt move in to either property as the one we viewed and actually thought we were getting was let and the other was disgusting.
They refunded us immediately and admitted fault at first they appeared to be really helpful and tried to help us find another property, however, they would not provide us with temporary accommodation until they found somewhere else suitable for us. They offered to compensate us for some of the costs incurred which quite frankly are pathetic, this includes £35 towards the van hire!
Now in we are in a position where my partner and I are homeless as of Saturday, we have been given no suitable alternative and are going to have to rely on the kindness of our friends until we find somewhere to live. As you can imagine we have both have had to take time off work to look for another home, hire a van and find storage for all our belongings, not to mention the sleepless nights and stress we've had to endure. Their stand point is that as they're not obliged to provide us with temporary accommodation - they wont, even though its their fault we're in this situation.

We are both really glad that we decided to choose to rent a property with CJ Hole! We had seen properties from other agencies and the agents hadn´t taken much notice of the questions and concerns we were raising. They also didn´t really take the time to explain how their agency procedure worked to us, mostly they said that we had to pay the holding fee quickly as the property would go within a day. As it was our first non shared house and we were investing our savings we were a little caucious. However, when we met with a CJ hole agent called sarah to see our now current flat, she was so friendly and reasuring, and took the time to explain how everything worked, and that she felt confident that we were the right people for the flat. It made all the difference. Once we began the process of securing the flat we had loads of help from an agent called Izzy, she helped us with our references, our guarantor details and passing information onto our landlord. The references can take a little while, which can be frustrating and sometimes the referencing company would need more information or a document but izzy always helped us work out a solution, never left us in the dark about our progress, and was always helpful.
Ultimately we got the flat we really wanted, and CJ Hole made the process as easy and stressfree as moving can be. We would both recommend them to anyone in the area looking to rent or buy.
