Despite everyone else (solicitor/vendor) in our chain making the move delayed and stressful, CJ Hole were excellent at trying to push things along for us. Morgan initially showed us the property and was excellent at communicating with the vendor and securing the offer. Andy took over the sale and (despite covid-19 pressures) worked tirelessly to get us into the property on time (before our contract on our rented flat ended). Andy was excellent at communicating with us and nothing was too big an ask. Without CJ Hole we would probably still be waiting to move in! Would definitely recommend for sales and buying.

Buying and selling a house is usually stressful. However, Alex and the team were fantastic and supportive throughout the process. CJ Hole were very useful in helping chase for necessary documents and keeping me updated. Sean was particularly proactive and helping push the process along as much as possible and keeping me informed as well as following up post completion. Very glad to be in my beautiful new home!

Even with the obvious disruption to Alex and the rest of the team their service continued to be exemplary - Alex was responsive, handled all the various queries flying around, and did it all with good grace to get us moved. Molly at CJ Hole was outstanding in her ability and professionalism when i was moving to Cheltenham, within 1 hour Molly had emailed me with a number of options and by the end of the day i had agreed to lease the perfect accommodation. The actual signing off the lease was also extremely impressive and hassle free due to the efforts of Charlotte .

I was absolutely sadly suprised of theirs service. Left me without heating and no hot water for 5 days in autumn. I had to phone for engineers on my own to fix the boiler. Always had to contact them to get an answer or to be informed. If you raise an issue after their working hours they absolutely don't care, no metter how bad situation it is.
Highly do not recommend.
