Decided to move from our house after 30+ years and chose C J Hole as we were very impressed by Emily Davies, her commitment, her drive to get our house sold, and to get us the best price, so we could afford our move to the outskirts of Bristol.
Emily came, took all the photos and led us through the house selling process, keeping us informed all the way through the process, even advising us on our strategy to buy our 'house in the country'. She was ably assisted by Andy, the branch manager, who 'took over the reins' when she was otherwise engaged, or on a day off. In fact, we were very impressed with the rest of the team, especially Kieran, who did the majority of viewings and Ed who helped out when Kieran was off. In fact we can't fault the service we recieved. Special thanks to Emily/Andy for the fraught days before exchange, when they both did their utmost to get us 'over the line' despite numerous small hiccups.
If we could give Emily/Andy 6 stars, we would.

Andy and his team have recently helped us to sell our apartment. Although this process can be overwhelming at times, we were constantly reassured by the professional, friendly and efficient service which was provided by Andy, Karly and Jade.

To date I have rarely left reviews however I feel that C J Hole deserve much appreciation and praise for the outstanding work they have consistently carried out for me over the last four years. From the purchase of my property to the team involved with contracts, accounts and letting, everything is superbly coordinated and managed.
In regard to the letting of my property in Bristol, Rafal Lunitz has been exceptionally professional and gone above and beyond in saving me from having to worry about any month to month issues that may occur. Thankfully Rafal has been proactive in his approach of avoiding issues by keeping on top of maintenance and having excellent communication with all parties including tenants, contractors, utility companies and neighbours. He has my full confidence and I'm grateful for his dedication which keeps the letting experience pleasant for all parties involved.
