Worst service. From last 10 days,I’m following up on flat repairs. I haven’t even received signed copy of agreement. I’m tired to send them mail again and again but not getting any response. Property condition is very bad. There is hot water. Locks are broken but agent is not responding at all. Think twice to do business with them as they are highly unprofessional.... Read more

I lived in a flat 4 years i left the flat in good condition even owner sudhir send email to chris that everything is fine arrange full deposit for the tenant but it is one and half month now and i am waiting for my deposit they are saying they send me and cheque came back and then they said they will put this in my account and its again two weeks and there is nothing happening... Been using VIP since 2014 and have to say that my home has been kept immaculate by every tenant so far and are really nice as I often go over to collect mail so whatever Chris is doing to vet tenants is spot on.Whenever I need any information from the office they go above and beyond and also when travelling for 12 months they would always update me on the status of my property so my personal experience has been wonderful to say the least.... WARNING - VIP Property is nothing more than an easy money maker for the MD, he's a so called Criminal Barrister and yet has no communication what so ever, as soon as he gets your money that's it, if there's anything wrong with the property he doesn't want to know. We've tried for so long to get our home sorted but now we've had to pay out ourselves. DO NOT GO WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY WHO ALSO ISN'T REGISTERED. Non existent customer service. the owners name chris is actually a barrister.he spends most of his time in court. so this is a side venture. which means he cannot invest much time into it. how anyone in their right mind can think property management is a side venture is beyond me.. i would avoid, as soon as your a tenant your on your own. they won't return calls or e-mails. you literally have to hound them for days to get any kind of response...
