Victoria and her team have been absolutely FANTASTIC! Their approach to estate agency is different to any other I've dealt with. This says a it when I used to in fact be one. They market their properties to an exceptional standard and their customer service is top notch, which is what I feel makes any great business. Informative and honesty, which is also rare. What can we say about Victoria and her team? Amazing is a word used too often these days. Dynamic is true, professional is appropriate, totally marketing orientated is a given, head and shoulders above their competition in every area is without question, always available by phone and email is taken for granted, so what can we add? We have just completed the sale of our house after months of trauma, delays and frustration ....and no sale would have been achieved without V move’s continuing support and their never ceasing good humoured battling on our behalf. Jane and I can recommend this remarkable Team without hesitation and despite me being initially very hesitant in agreeing fees at this level, I can now say without doubt, it was money well spent and excellent value. If you like someone talking in sugar-drippy language about your property, Victoria will suit. 1.8% charges is not worth the service they provide, equally good photography can be had from online estate agencies who also employ a professional photographer rather than an estate agent taking photos. PS: I am a real customer and I am using a pseudonym to leave a review. I would be happy to send a copy of the real correspondence to Google.... Read more
