We chose Houseclub for our house sale after obtaining quotes from a few estate agents in the area. We were selling our first home and it was actually John who was the estate agent when we originally bought the property around 12 years ago. He worked for another firm then but we had always remembered him and the fantastic service we received which was one of the factors for choosing Houseclub. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the assistance of a number of staff at Houseclub in relation to the sale and also viewings of other properties whilst we were choosing our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houseclub to friends and family who are looking to sell.

Houseclub explained the whole sale process, were realistic about our property and handled all aspects of the sale with care and detailed attention to our needs and requests.
Everything went as had been explained to us so there weren't any surprises along the way, and things that came up and were new to us Houseclub already had experience of, so we were in safe hands. Their communication was brilliant throughout the sale, letting us know what progress had been made and following up queries to and from the buyers.

Houseclub were with us from the first to last step, consistently doing what estate agents are supposed to do - but don't always - and more. I would particularly like to highlight their communication skills, attention to detail and patience.
When we had questions they answered them, when we had issues they resolved them, when we were down they reassured us with concrete evidence of hope . . . and they were right.
Oh, and I must mention the viewers, who arrived early and were well prepared. (I checked their viewer notes.)
I would not hesitate to recommend Houseclub.

I honestly could not recommend Houseclub enough! From the very first encounter for our valuation they came across as very professional. We had also had valuations from other local estate agents and felt that they were very honest with their approach whilst others felt like they were just saying what they thought I wanted to hear. This approach is what made us choose Houseclub and we were not disappointed! Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely fast at listing the property and the pictures taken were great and viewings came in fast. I also found that throughout the whole process Houseclub were very proactive in finding the right buyer for the house. Once we had accepted an offer (Max inparticular) was very good at communicating the progress of the sale and responded very quickly to any enquiries I raised, chasing up other estate agents and solicitors. Needless to say, if I ever need to sell another property, I would certainly use Houseclub and would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling! Thanks again to you all!
