I could not recommend working with Sarah-Jane more. From the initial first meeting with her when I viewed my dream home, right up until the end when I got the keys, she remained extremely professional yet so bubbly and approachable. Sarah-Jane made the house buying process much less daunting due to being able to call or text her whenever I needed to (and I was just the buyer, not even selling a property). Watson Estate Agency should 100% be your go to if you’re selling or buying a property. She really does go above and beyond her role to ensure that everyone is happy. Thank you so much for being a total star!

After no success selling our home before We used Watson estate agency for the sale of our home Sarah Jane attended to all details from the photography to the video walk round we were kept up to date with all enquires on our home appointments for viewings and regular updates on the other people in the chains positions and what was happening with there sales at no point was i fearful of it not happening with all the updates we got I would never contemplate using anyone else if 6 stars were available then this is what I would give

A fabulous estate agency to work with! We purchased a property from Sarah Jane and she made the whole process so easy. She was very professional and provided a caring personal touch, importantly with regular, honest communication. We found Sarah Jane's clients relations to be outstanding as she worked to ensure all parties got the outcome they were happy with, she was a pleasure to work with.

I used Sarah Jane to sell both my family home and a 2nd home I owned. SJ kept me up to date with all viewing, how the viewing went, the vibe she got from the viewer and any offers. She was fab with advice also. I wouldn’t hesitate to use SJ again or recommend her to any friends n family her service is outstanding.
