Stayed in a flat rented by a private landlord through EwartPark for almost 3 years. Could not recommend them enough! Any queries or problems were answered and sorted very quickly and they are a lovely, respectful, flexible team of people to communicate with in regards to inspections, services etc... I feel that this service is a dying breed. Gwen in particular at the beginning of the tenancy could sense my predicament and made sure to contact me if space became available at a flat that would make my life 10 times easier. At the most crutial time she called me up to say there was a room available - weeks later when i had forgotten it was a possibility. She didn't have to do that either as there is a lot of interest in these rooms constantly but she made sure to keep my name and contact and stuck to her word. I'm extremely disappointed with this letting agency. Scheduled a viewing, rearranged my day, only to receive a cancellation notice 30 minutes prior, while I was on my way to the property. Apparently, someone had put a deposit down after an earlier viewing. Complete disregard for my time and utter incompetence in managing appointments.... Read more

Cannot fault Ewart Park! Gwen went above and beyond with helping us find a rental when we moved back in 2021. I have been dealing with Gillian and Gwen ( and the brilliant team ) for a long time . Just before Christmas I got a phone call from Gwen telling me the flat i rent through them was going too be sold by the landlord, this news knocked me sideways and could feel the stress building as I let the news sink in . In the days after I was told Gwen and Gillian put my mind at ease and told me not too worry or panic as they would help me in every way possible. Weekly and sometimes daily conversations with them both , sorting out viewings and helping in every step along the way . At the end of this month I will be moving into a new flat . I honestly do not think I could have got there if it hadn't been for them , the care and professionalism in every detail was first class service. As I said I have been with them for a long time and anytime I had issues or problems with the flat I am currently in , a phone call or email to them and they were straight on to it and putting the wheels in motion getting the issue dealt with and constantly updating me with what was happening. I never ever panicked if I had such issues as I knew it would be dealt with promptly. The reason I'm leaving this review is a big thank you for all they have done for me in the past and for what they will do for me in the future. Gillian and Gwen and all the team at Ewart Park are professional, kind and caring .I would have no hesitation in recommending them too anybody looking to use a letting agent. 10 out of 10 for every aspect of their service.... I saw there great review for 2020 and thought I will be in good hands. Sadly I can’t confirm the review. I rented my house thru Gwen and Gillian and have to stay if it’s about invoicing they are very quick but if you need response from them they needed even weeks to get back. When there was simply the answer we are busy. Tenants also reached out directly instead to them because they took to long to get back. Tenants also complained about being rude and unpolite. Which I sadly also only can confirm. Don’t know what changed but using them to let your property I definitely would not recommend.... Read more

I was a tenant with EwartPark for over a year and had the best experience with them. I've been with a few letting agencies over the years with job moves and uni, and I can hands down say that EwartPark have been the best. Every correspondence was quick and efficient. Every request was met and handled. I had no issues with communication from the team, they were always on hand. They are wonderful to talk with as they get to know you and they make every interaction a pleasant one. It is almost like you are a family friend when interacting with them. It's been a year since I've moved out and I had to contact the team for a reference for my dog. Most letting agencies wouldn't even remember you after a week, but the team were quick to send on what I needed and we even had a quick phone call. I would highly recommend ewartpark agents to sell your home with. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable who give you their full support. I had 5 different agents who gave me an estimated value of my house in November 2021. Every agent walked in, looked about , gave me a rough price, and spoke about what packages they offer. 4 out of the 5 agents said, "We recommend you do the viewings as you know the house better than us" and the value of the house was jumping up and down with the difference of 40k. It was my first time selling a house, so I was a bit unsure. I spoke to someone about how confused I am, and that's when they recommended ewartpark agents. I contacted ewartpark and arranged an appointment. Gwen was straight up and told me exactly what the house was worth and spoke about how she would do the viewings at no extra cost. Gwen explained every little detail and told me exactly what to expect. The team at ewartpark are very knowledgeable and helped me with everything. I can not state clearly enough how helpful the team at EwartPark have been during my tenancy. Always a quick, friendly and uncomplicated response over the phone, by email or by popping into their offices in Bathgate. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They advised in full following a viewing any issues that needed rectifying ahead of our move-out, and gave a list of "top-tips" to ensure full reimbursement of the deposit. I can confirm that we are receiving the full amount back. When we had any issues during our tenancy, there was a strictly vetted contractor on hand that day (or first thing the following morning) to attend the property and rectify the situation in full. "Happy tenants make happy landlords", and "Happy landlords means we can be proud in what we do!" are two quotes I heard when handing over my keys during my property exit. I feel they go to show the ethos at EwartPark - they are there to help and advise because they love what they do: rare qualities in letting agents at the moment! We have just moved out of our flat we rented through EwatPark. Would highly recommend renting our buying through this company. Gwen, Heather & Gillian are really friendly, helpful and make your move in & out very easy. When we first moved in we didnt know how to upload pictures etc to the inventory, when we phoned about it they told us to go into the office and went through it step by step with us. If they hadnt of done this we wouldnt of been able to complete our inventory. If we had any issues in flat the day we phoned about it they would have a workman out that day to sort it. Our exit when leaving was really straightforward and they couldnt of been anymore helpful on helping us make sure the flat was cleaned to the right standard for us leaving so that we could get our deposit back.
