I’ve had a terrible experience from the minute I had to deal with Williams Lynch - the guy showing us around the property had absolutely no information, was late, added no value to time we had taken off of work to view the property. I was also told that I couldn’t see the property the evening before as there was no viewings, only to then be told someone else had snapped it up after a viewing that same evening. Crossed wires all over. Whilst looking to move, again, I happened to stumble across a property I didn’t realise Williams lynch were handling, only to receive an email with another agent trashing me as a ‘serial viewer’ after having seen one property 5 months ago. There’s a high level of unprofessionalism within this company and a certain arrogance that comes across in the way they handle everything. I won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone I know despite living in the area for several years.

Very good reactivity and extremly professional Agents. They have a portfolio of nice flats around Bermondsey. Perfect agency (especially for expats like me who did not know London).
