Exemplary professionalism and quick process We spotted our flat on Rightmove and called Acorn to see if we could arrange a viewing later that afternoon. Our lettings agent Suzzannah showed great flexibility offering to meet us within hours. She was friendly upon arrival and expertly answered all our questions. We decided to take the flat and Suzzannah was able to communicate our interest to the landlord. From calling Suzzannah to having a viewing and our offer accepted later that evening took less than 4 hours! If that isn't great service then I don't know what is.
