Brilliant service from start to finish. My agent, Poppy, went above and beyond the standard of care required or expected for the sale of my property.

Office wide high standards meant there was clearly consideration given to the needs of the people that viewed the property; and therefore avoided wasting the time of buyers and avoided wasting my time by concentrating on quality rather than quantity.

The team were always friendly and helpful and importantly they worked as a team so could always help when one of their fellow agents was out of the office; in a highly competitive and commission based role this can often be an issue but the team at acorn really do strive to put their customers first.

I guess the only downside to Acorn doing such a good job is that I don’t intend on moving for a while and so I won’t be a ‘regular customer’ but I do intend to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the London Bridge & Bermondsey Area

So we were lucky to stumble across this place on Bermondsey Street, and very lucky to have such a kind and helpful agent - Stacey, who helped us find an absolutely stunning place for a surprisingly good price. My partner had terrible service when purchasing a house. They were very slow to do anything. Charged us over £20 for sending letter. Then when they sent us a letter they did not attach stamps so we had to pay on top. Staff were rude. Took 6 months to do paper work for a sale house. Would not recommend. I feel we pay to much and got very poor service.
