Brilliant service from start to finish. My agent, Poppy, went above and beyond the standard of care required or expected for the sale of my property.

Office wide high standards meant there was clearly consideration given to the needs of the people that viewed the property; and therefore avoided wasting the time of buyers and avoided wasting my time by concentrating on quality rather than quantity.

The team were always friendly and helpful and importantly they worked as a team so could always help when one of their fellow agents was out of the office; in a highly competitive and commission based role this can often be an issue but the team at acorn really do strive to put their customers first.

I guess the only downside to Acorn doing such a good job is that I don’t intend on moving for a while and so I won’t be a ‘regular customer’ but I do intend to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the London Bridge & Bermondsey Area

With plenty of viewings at the start, Poppy was always on time but also careful to show me only those properties which matched my requirements. In the offering and negotiation period and during the mid and final parts of the process, critically leading to exchange and completion, Poppy continued to be very helpful with regular communication, sharing information as well as chasing solicitors and any other relevant parties whenever appropriate. Adam handled the sale of our flat - he was very hard-working, gave great advice and he found a buyer quickly. Adam involved himself with all the ins and outs with the local authority and was by our side throughout. I'd recommend Acorn. Also, when our sale fell through (no fault of Acorn) the lettings department found us tenants very quickly and were very professional.

My flat was on the market for a couple of months with different estate agents when I decided to also go with Adam Gould at Acorn. He sold my flat in a couple of weeks with the help of Godefroy Herissay, who always gave me feedback from potential buyers which was very helpful. Adam is the consummate professional ; he is honest , always answered my e-mails promptly and worked tirelessly on my behalf to get the flat sold. I would definitely go with him again and highly recommend him without reserve. It is just a waste of time to go with anyone else.

Will Hughes and the team at John Payne have been fantastic! We had quite a bumpy ride after selling our house relatively quickly. Will was a great support throughout and was always on hand if we needed advice.
I would also like to thank Daisy, who took over from Will during the current lockdown situation and managed to help move us into our new home when we really didn’t think it would happen.

They are not giving proper information to tenants and taking people money for no reason the referencing agency which they are working with is not proffessional and they have no clue of whats happening right now with the covid 19 every aspect of life has changed due to this pandemic however the paper work and documents should stay the same its black and white and not adjusted to the current situation. I am really dissappointed with the service they have provided and will never ever use them again. Please, people watch out with this agency
