Appalling. Don’t even think of dealing with them. I made an offer to buy a house, it was accepted. Yet they still sold it to another buyer with no communication to me about this. When I asked them why, they just ignored me. My advice… Avoid! I won’t sell or buy from them ever again.

Fabulous experience! I rented through Williamsons for the past year and Spencer and Tanya have been so helpful- they were prompt at getting back to emails/calls, friendly when I spoke to them. Best letting agent I've used!

Spencer and Tanya in the Boroughbridge office did a sterling job. They were both always helpful, friendly and above all professional. From the very start with the valuation right through to the finish on completion day they kept me informed and what impressed me at the very start was when Spencer said he would have all the paperwork to me by a certain date and time, he did! No other agent in my selection process achieved this.
When I had a question or query I was never made to feel that it was a stupid one and when I was really fraught three before completion both Spencer and Tanya were a calming influence. Spencer was able to make enquiries that my solicitor couldn't, gather information and significantly reduce my stress levels without breaking any confidences.
Moving house is inherently a stressful process but for my house sale their way of working did not add to it. I couldn't have been happier and I know I made the right choice in choosing to sell through Williamson's.

Williamsons were the agent acting for my Vendor recently during the purchase of my first property. Although acting for my Vendor, they were of great use to myself & did an excellent job in keeping the chain moving smoothly. Nothing was too much to ask for Williamsons ! Personally I have had a very good experience with the selling of 2 houses with Williamson’s . The girls in the office give very good customer service and always answer any queries efficiently. They are extremely friendly and professional and always a pleasure to deal with. They are very good negotiators Marks valuations are realistic. Would recommend

Our experience over the last few months with Williamsons has been nothing but friendly and professional.
We bought our property through this estate agents and the team at Williamsons have been brilliant from start to finish. They were always willing to help when we had questions (as first time buyers we had a lot!) they checked in with us along the way and in turn, have helped make this an enjoyable and smooth house buying process.
Being new to the area, the team have also gone above and beyond by spending the time chatting to us and giving us some great recommendations of things to do and places to go in the area which was highly appreciated.
Thank you to Spencer, Tanya, Amy and the team for all your help getting us into our dream home :)

Spencer and Amy's professionalism, responsiveness and always attentive and friendly, personal approach was something I really appreciated, it's no exaggeration to say that they performed a minor miracle in finding a buyer after another pulled out on a misleading pretext - right at the eleventh hour - then navigated us through a very tricky time with an unexpected adjustment to the Boundary; this was helped by Mark Williamson’s instant proactiveness being hugely important in getting things moving fast for the application. Spencer and Amy’s coordination with the buyer and my vendor’s Agent were crucial in managing things during a nail-biting period, I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them.

Today 17/06/21 I received a phone call from Amy on the pretence of an enquiry as to whether I had found accommodation, It then turned into a discussion about this review. So to clarify when I came to your shop you did ask about a mask why yourselves wore none. When I went into the shop i felt an attitude as though they had stepped in something. Found them to be very deceitful after I had viewed a property and was willing to pay 12 months in advance Amy said she would speak to the landlord as she had concerns about what would happen in 12 months time the landlord was outside she couldd of asked but had no interest in renting the property to me or being honest and reeled of some bs. My speech has deteriorated this past year and I am not as clear and concise as I once was due to illness. This a true and honest opinion.
