Moving house is not something you do that often and it is stressful when you hit bumps in the process. That's why I was I was really pleased we had Sue supporting us through the purchase of our dream home. She was always calm, providing good regular communication and steering us to completion. My experience with Sue and the team at Stephenson's was very good and I would highly recommend them. The sale of our house was managed with professionalism and I always felt Sue had our best interests at heart. With a slow period over Christmas efforts were renewed in the spring with drone footage of the house, all part of the package at Stephensons. We personally can’t thank Sue Smith from Stephensons Estate Agents in Boroughbridge enough for all her hard work and dedication to her job. Sue went above and beyond for us during our house sale and for that we are extremely grateful. We were kept informed from day one until the day we exchanged contracts. Sue even arranged for one of her colleagues to do a final meter reading who then emailed it to us. We found Stephensons Estate Agents to be throughly professional throughout the whole process of selling our home. From the realistic valuation through to the reassuring attitude of the staff they made the experience of selling our family home as pleasant as they possibly could.
Selling your family home after 24 years is always going to be very emotional but the staff at Stephensons, especially Sue, virtually held our hands all the way through. Constant positivity and honest advice helped us through the process enormously. They have very experienced staff who are so knowledgeable about local properties.
From start to finish we were in very safe hands.

My experience with Stephensons was exemplary. My initial valuation with Nick was very good, professional and realistic and he inspired confidence in the potential of a sale.
However, with interest rates on the rise, the Liz Truss issues affecting financial confidence and my house being priced confidently but at the top end, I am sure that the efforts of Sue, coordinating between me and the purchaser, peacekeeping between solicitors and general sale management, over a very extended period of time, is the main reason my sale was able to complete. At times when I was ready to give up, Sue instilled confidence, and was

I would recommend Stephensons to anyone who wants to sell their property. They are local, very knowledgeable and friendly. Furthermore I cannot praise Sue enough, especially during our final exchange and completion process, which was rather stressful for us! Sue was in regular contact, so although it was out of our control, we knew what was going on, which is always a bonus.
