Darren was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of our new home. Initially it seemed like an easy transaction (we were renting at the bottom of the chain), as with anything like this a few complications popped up resulting in us going right up to the wire in terms of timing (our landlords needed their home back!). Darren not only managed the chain, keeping everything moving along and ensuring we understood what was happening- he also managed to cope with my stress induced flurry of regular emails, keeping me calm and supported. He really went above and beyond with emails coming in before and after work hours. Could not recommend Darren (and team) more. Even during last minute chaos on moving day Darren remained a calm and trusted advisor. Hoping to never move again but if i did, a property sale advertised by Darren would already be a huge green flag in my mind!... Read more

We have worked with Joanna and the team to buy a new build property as well as to sell 2 of our existing homes. The service received has been great from start to finish and we cannot recommend Jory Estates enough. We achieved quick sales on both properties and the team were in touch regularly right up until completion which they did a great job of pushing through in a short time for us. Joanna worked closely with the Developers of our new home and kept us regularly updated with progress of the property.
