From beginning to end of my viewing of the property in Orrell, all questions asked were answered. My fridge/freezer couldn’t fit the space so Ian a Winnard colleague, advised it could be accommodated by altering the work top. I felt at ease in Ian’s company. He was open, honest and helpful. I knew he would be a good landlord. (Sorry can’t do technology)

I found my new home via Rightmove, where Winnard Property Group had provided excellent photos and floor plans. I viewed the property with Angela. She arrived exactly when she said she would, and was able to answer every question I asked. I communicated with Samantha in the office by email and phone. Nothing was too much trouble. My move was due to difficult personal circumstances, and the team really helped make it as simple as possible.

Solution led attitude towards customers. Quality properties for renters. Too many agents look down on renters, forgetting people rent for different reasons. This is not the case with Winnard. Professional at every interaction. Feels like renting a prestige property from a prestige company.

Awful experience regarding an enquiry about a property. Just sold a property and ready to buy another as soon as I find one I like. Property no longer on the market, attempted to engage in conversation about anything else similar on the market and the lady came across as though she could to wait to get off the phone, awful telephone manner. This company is so unprofessional, made arrangements to view a property on Saturday 2nd March & guess what they had us waiting 20 mins & never turned up, no phone call nothing. They then had the audacity to contact me today by phone and got their own company name incorrect. They then attempted to push the blame on myself saying they stipulated a different meet time. Absolute joke couldn't manage a you know what & where. Avoid this company if you want a decent outcome to your sale.Total inadequate staff who require training in manners and ediquate whilst dealing with the public. Rant over !!!!

Horrendously unprofessional. Don’t bother wasting your time with these lot. Booked a viewing and the agent didn’t show up, they also double booked so another person was waiting with us. Nobody answered the phones and had the audacity to email us to confirm our attendance beforehand. No apology, no follow up nothing. I spent £20 on Uber to get to this viewing and one week later - nobody has been in touch. Disgusting.

The best letting agency I've ever used! Been renting for 10 years, relocated 3 times, used many agencies. I'm very picky with places I live. I rented two properties from them and both was really good. They always has highest quality houses/flats for very reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and professional. Quick response to emails as well. Never had any problems if something broken and need to be fixed, everything was sorted straight away. The property I am renting now of this agency is absolutely stunning. Can't be happier with their services.

I applied for a house and for two weeks I was waiting for an answer, then I called and found out that the house was given, they didn't even notify us and I think they didn't even check us, we were waiting and they made us waste our time for nothing, unserious, unprofessional and I have many like-minded acquaintances! They don't care about people at all.

I just wanted to share my experience with Winnard Property Group. I spoke to someone there called Katelyn today as I needed some advice on a property that I let out as I was unsure were to turn. Katelyn was not only extremely knowledgeable on legal matters but she was very sympathetic listening to the concerns I had about the issues with my tenant and she gave some great advice. I won’t hesitate to use their management services in the future should the need arise as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely the worst agents for tenants and landlords. When we first enquired about a property the person we were due to meet was late at their office, and still seemed drunk.
Once we had viewed the property we said it needed decorating, which these guys said it would be fully decorated. Moved in and there were still food stains on the walls and burn marks on carpets. Called to find out why it hadn't been sorted and was told it was tough because we'd already signed the contract!
Landlord came and was ashamed at the state the house had been let in. Then told us that they had charged her for replacing things like plugs...they hadn't and WE bought the plugs.
Over the next few years, all inspections completed with no issues although we had kept asking about decorating, crumbling units and stuff left in the attic.
Fast forward to June and we had received notice about increase in rent. Didn't want to but said we would if the issues we had raised would be sorted. Received a S21 eviction notice instead!
Once we moved, received the exit report. All of the issues we had raised were now in the report as if we had been negligent in looking after the property! When I dropped the keys off one of their staff even stood in the way of the door saying we owed them extra rent!
***Edited*** Had a call from one of the partners at W&B. We discussed the issues raised in my review. Although I stand by what I said, not everybody or everything at W&B was terrible. Inspections were completed regularly, and any major issues were dealt with promptly through their online portal.

Sent two emails over a 10 day period to enquire about a property that is up for rent, and still up for rent at the time of writing this. If your staff can't be bothered to reply, whether through laziness or incompetence then I feel for any tenants or landlords that actually do use you. Pathetic.

As a landlord, I have used W&B a number of times to find tenants for my properties, and they have been outstanding every time. The customer service from the office team and Angela in particular is second to none. I had a couple of complications with a recent tenancy and Angela went "above and beyond" in order to get the tenant moved in on the day that was scheduled. Nothing was too much trouble and I found her to be really professional, accommodating and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was trying to have a property for a reasonable rent and within very short time as my family was joining me in a month , From the first day I contacted Winnard team they were really supportive and helpful and really understood my concerns.
Few days later they contacted me with three good options to choose from , then helped me to select a good family house in an amazing residential area for good rent.
Additionally, helped me a lot to review it by arranging appointments suitable for my schedules, giving a clear cut-off of when to receive your keys which allowed me to adjust my timetable effectively before family arrival.
When needed after getting the property , they respond very quickly and professionally. Finally, on asking to extend my contact , they sorted it for me within a short time.

Winnard and brown was definitely my favourite to deal with over an house. Amazing team Standish winnard and brown have got, such polite and helpful staff. However Angela was definitely an angel in my move, from start to finish she was simply amazing. I was going through a tough time and without her I would of fell to bits. She took good care of me and my little boy and ensured all the jobs was completed as quickly as possible before I moved in. She was amazing and so polite. DREADFULL experience renting from this agency. Would not recommend. Not to be trusted. Extortionate fee charging. Lied about cleanliness of house wrongly implicating landlord had requested additional professional cleaning. Cut and pasted from previous report. Attributed damage wrongly. Didn't roll over initial contract resulting in excessive fee for new contract. Charged extra rent for gap between tenants when gap wasn't necessary as new tenants wanted to move in sooner. Doesn't answer e mails. Don't expect your full deposit back. Poor standard of communication with tenants. Wrongly stated a contract needed to be signed using a solicitor as a witness. DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY TO RENT FROM OR LET WITH.Note I was guarantor for my Daughter and her partner so I am able to leave a genuine review
