5th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Pretty poor experience on my behalf. Loved a house put an offer in and offer accepted then nothing no correspondence and then they kept it under offer all this time. To be then told it's now not for sale to us. Very very poor service and not once did it say sold as it should have been. A long winded story to be honest. But if you like something and the buyer agrees to sell put sold on it. Thank fully bought somewhere else and I don't have to deal with Tracey Phillips. Thank god !

Extremely polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to support and accommodate any request or question, from viewings all the way to the moving-in date and beyond. The entire team I dealt with—Millie, Zoe, Rebecca, and Alex—was incredible throughout. They actively suggested properties that suited my requirements and worked hard to make the process as pain-free as possible. I could not recommend them more.
29th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)The agents are incredibly helpful and friendly. Renting a flat for the first time can be a daunting and exhausting process, especially for someone like me who is new to the UK. However, this company made the experience much smoother and stress-free.
2nd Oct 2024 (12 days ago)I would strongly advice anybody from using this letting agency. They put my rent up 3 x in 18 months by £175 WITHOUT the landlord knowing who is actually disgusted with them herself . Because of this I've handed in my months notice and Northwood are trying every trick in the book not to refund my rent owed and deposit. Do not rent from northwood

Janet was amazing and helped me on many an occasion with her advice and knowledge. It was so comforting to have someone to navigate such a complex process.

The quality of their photos was excellent and from the moment our house went on the market, Arc Homes delivered immediate results, presenting us with two strong offers within just a week. Their dedication didn’t stop there – they were consistently on top of the entire process, assisting with the purchase, keeping us informed every step of the way, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Arc Homes again in the future and would recommend them without any doubt to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient estate agent. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process so much easier!

It is seriously delayed until it becomes an urgent issue and staff blame you as if you had not reported the issue. I've lived in several rented properties over the past 8 years and it has never been this difficult to carry out repair work as it has been with Harrisons. The property even had windows left open the day I moved in and property was filled with dust, dirt, rubbish. I spent weeks cleaning the property until it was in a liveable condition. I wouldn't recommend this company as a tenant or landlord.
18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
