Rented a flat for 9 months in Swansea. Everything went perfect had no issues, took a weekend to clean the flat before handing it back and got my full deposit the next day. Also, pets are considered!

Absolutely terrible estate agent the house we rented was full of damp and black mould every time we complained all they would say is its mosture not to mention all the repairs that needed doing, holes in walls, subsiding support walls holes in doors. in the end we moved out 3 months early BEWARE THESE ARE TERRIBLE.
