Being a first time landlord with no idea on how to get started renting my property, they were and have continued to be super informative, supportive and always on hand to reassure & answer any questions I have. Even when the pressure was on with a tenant leaving early, they somehow managed to find a new tenant & have contracts signed within 24hrs of listing. Outstanding service from the team! Kelly was super patient with me from start to finish, and I really appreciated all her support. Lisa & Jodie in sales were great, friendly, helpful, and made everything feel easy. And a shoutout to Gemma on the progression team for keeping things moving smoothly. Overall, such a great team, made the whole process way less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

13th May 2025 (10 days ago)Really can't thank the team at Neath enough for all their help. They went way over and above what was expected. Always kept us in the loop, helped no end with solicitors, honestly wouldn't have happened without them. We had god awful experiences with the two other estate agents in Neath, Peter Alan were particularly useless. Whether your buying or selling, I wouldn't go anywhere else, go to Astleys and deal with grown ups- 14th May 2025 (9 days ago)Amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, keen and enthusiastic are but a few ways of describing the Dawsons Swansea team - Especially Angel! We were in a long chain and without Daf Spear and Janine Theunissen there is no way that the purchase and sale would have gone through. They both kept us up to date throughout and chased solicitors and other agents on a daily basis on our behalf to make sure that the process kept moving. We needed to get our house on the market quickly and they managed to get our house professionally photographed; amazing video produced; and on the market in 5 days. Then the house was sold 5 days after that at a price that we were very happy with. Superb. Having dealt with many other estate agents this past few weeks there is a clear difference in standard. Within a week of being on with Peter Alan Swansea we had 8 viewings lined up. Then just 10 days in an offer at asking price. Couldn't be happier or have asked for more. Would definitely recommend. I personally worked with Samuel and he was professional, responsible and friendly. Which was everything we needed through this process.- 28th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)A bumpy start, but got there in the end. The Morriston branch is very friendly and approachable, I would definitely recommend.

From the professionalism of the entire team, the incredible communication, to the all round care and attention they gave my partner and I. Everyone was so communicative, providing us with regular updates and feedback after every viewing. No.86 was professional and efficient and we would not hesitate to use them in future. We are very appreciative of their hard work.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Kept us updated with outcomes of viewings. Made selling so easy. Nothing has been too much for him or Sharon. Would not hesitate to recommend Alex.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
