They were friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of business. We would highly recommend their services.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Called to sell a property on 25/5. Was met with an incredibly arrogant and flippant employee called Alex. Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.

15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!- 28th May 2026 (22 days ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x

Isobel kept me fully informed at every stage, communicated any issues promptly, and worked efficiently with her team of trades people to resolve them without any hassle or stress on my part. Bay Lettings thoroughly vetted my tenants, and they have proved to be excellent, giving me confidence in the quality of their screening process. The service has been professional, reliable, and well-managed throughout. 4th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!- 25th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Dawson's were professional throughout and the agents were fantastic, we are very grateful to them, thank you. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I viewed two houses today with Carys and she was honestly fab! She was so warm, friendly and easy to chat to, and made the whole viewing experience feel really relaxed. I’ve viewed a few houses recently and Carys was by far the friendliest and most welcoming. If I were selling a house, I’d definitely want someone like her showing buyers around. Diolch to Carys and the team – looking forward to viewing more properties with you soon!

17th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Incredible letting agents especially for students, honest and reliable. They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peter Alan to any landlord looking for a professional and reliable agency.
