Used Dawson's Swansea to sell my parent's home after they passed away. Dawson's understood this was difficult for us to do and was very patient throughout the process. They completed all the viewings and communicated feedback promptly. Had one issue where they left the blinds wide open at the property but when discussed were very apologetic for their mistake.
Fantastic service and very friendly and responsive staff was our experience.
There were no issues from start to finish. We had to contact a couple of times once regarding the washing machine I believe and staff member Rebecca was around within the hour.
We were very impressed and would not hesitate to use these again.
I recently rented a property in Mayals through Peter Alan, Swansea. I have had wonderful customer service from Nadine Hardy. I was unsure about some aspects of the tenancy agreement but Nadine negotiated terms with the landlord which convinced me to go ahead. Nadine has been very professional, friendly and approachable and I recommend her to landlords and tenants in the area. This is my first time renting through Peter Alan but I will certainly use them again in the future.

They sold a great service when they initially came out to value the house. Slightly more expensive than other agents but we thought we’d get what we were paying for. We had exactly the opposite. Very friendly and good communication until we signed on the dotted line and everything changed. Lack of communication, delays, cancelling viewings and not informing us etc.
I would highly recommend not putting your house up for sale with Peter Alan Swansea, I will never use them again and will stay away from houses being sold by them. I was stuck in a contract with them and couldn’t get out, in the end I found my own buyer, did the viewing myself and negotiation but still had to pay Peter Alan the full £2,400.
I also upgraded to the online package for an extra £100. This is apparently refunded once the house is sold but even this is made difficult. They’re quick enough to take your money but you then need to write to Peter Alan conveyancing with proof from solicitors that the sale has gone through, even though the sale went through with Peter Alan, and your fee takes 28 days to be refunded. Absolute joke of an estate agents and will be warning everyone against them.
The house we bought was through Purple Bricks. They couldn’t do enough to support us and were in constant communication via text and or phone whenever they had the smallest of updates for us.
Lesson learnt, never use Peter Alan again!
Having never rented before the ladies at Gorseinon Branch walked me through the process, always cheerful and willing to help, i have now moved in and they are still very polite and helpful with any questions i have.
1 star given as not able to give ZERO. Terrible service from the Gorseinon branch with final involvement from area manager where issues are STILL unresolved and ignored. We paid the full package to rent our property. Pretty much everything wasn't done right. Examples: Over 50 missing details/mistakes on our inventory document, on going mistakes in every inspections, drilling into the building structure where permission was never given and not put right, very difficult and long winded end process when tenants moved out, tenants very unhappy with JF service, JF maintenance team were poor and rude - job was finally put right but faulty again. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY -
I still have issues unresolved plus the utitily company were given wrong information by JF about end billing.
