6th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Kelly and the Dawsons team were helpful and focussed on finding us a buyer. They gave feedback after each viewing, arranged for gas & electric tests and EPC and kept us informed of progress with the management company. They also provided a house clearance team. I would certainly recommend their friendly, expert service.
21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I only give 1* as you can't give 0*. I strongly recommend to avoid this place. We recently bought a house with them and it was such as bad and stressful experience from the very beginning. As we have gift money for deposit from our parents that live outside the UK, they had to do International transfer which took a few days (booking appointment etc). We informed agency when they will receive deposit confirmation and they still chase us every day and remind that if they won't receive it someone can bit our offer. Before we put our offer we have been told there is no chain but after few weeks when we were ready for completion date we had info that "chain above their chain is not ready yet" so we had to wait additional 5 weeks. To speak with person who was dealing with our purchase we had to phone the office and person was never available and our messages was never passed to her. Before signing the contract we wanted to double check the house and first we had to give them reasons why we want to double visit and then our appointments has been cancelled 3 times at the visit date when we already booked time off at work. After sale I send few emails and never received any replies. Very unprofessional and poor service. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . 4th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!- 25th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Dawson's were professional throughout and the agents were fantastic, we are very grateful to them, thank you. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The only minor issue we had was some of the external photos and a couple of minor errors in the listing but those were resolved quickly.- 30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Brilliant service from John Francis overall but, big shout out to Molly absolutely amazing. My situation was challenging but Molly sorted out everything and managed to get it done. No hidden fees, no jargon, transparent and professional. Can't recommend them enough!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
