Although I didn't end up buying a property through them, Tom and the other members of staff at the Coventry office went out of their way to help me in my search for the perfect home. Because of this, I was more than happy to use Your Move's mortgage broker service and also found a solicitor for my onward mortgage through the team there. What a lovely team of people. Had a few agents out to price up our house for sale and have to say I was really impressed with Tom the valuer. He gave us so much information and helped us understand the whole process as it has been a while since we bought and sold. He managed our expectations and told us what was happening and what the next step would be. Brochures were really good too. Really feel we've been looked after and made to feel like we are important.
