We were buyers and worked with Paul at BrownRok in Dec 2023.
We found Paul's approach very open and honest making it far easier for us to make an offer without worrying if anything was hidden. Once the offer was agreed Paul managed the process to completion extremely professionally meaning all information was received in a timely fashion taking a great deal of stress normally associated with finalising the purchase.
I'd highly recommend him to buyers and sellers as our experience suggests the deals negotiated are fair and transparent meaning that the agreement is actually completed upon rather than falling down at the last minute.

He was keen to go over and above with everything that was needed and all responses were quick and on point. The house was sold very quickly even though it was a quiet time of year and although it was a good house, I definitely attribute this to Paul and would have no hestation in recommending him or his company and using them again in the future.

Paul is fantastic, really personable and easy to get hold of. He arranged our viewing straight away and sent us the offer & referencing details immediately after we requested. The whole process was extremely smooth and easy, we had the contract and everything sorted within a week of finding the advertisement! Would definitely BrownRok to anyone looking to rent or sell, no agency fees either - such a huge difference to the awful service from Foxtons!!
