It was a great experience with the team. They really made things easy for us compared to my other renting experience. We had a bit of a financial delay in paying the rent the first time. We engaged Oakford Estates without any previous knowledge of the company for our property in Fitzrovia. We have not been disappointed at any time and in fact have no hesitation in recommending them. Our realtor Vince was communicative and responsive in his office days, which he announced in advance. He was fair with our document procurement process and we did not feel unfairly pressured at any point. The legal aspect of the contract was clear. While the property was largely in order, slightly longer presentation videos or visits could be an improvement. Since moving in, our landlord was very responsive to our needs and fair in the changes we felt were needed with the property, which one does not see often in London. He was quick to send technicians when problems arose.

Really good experience with oakford estates and Vince. From the getgo, he has been extremely efficient with regard to the entire process of house searching. From the beginning, communication was smooth and looking around the apartment was very easy. After indicating interest, he was quick to settle the paperwork and secure the apartment which we had wanted. Not only that, he ensured to keep us in the loop and helped us with any queries/ problems which we had with the house, before and after we had moved in. Therefore, the whole moving in experience which can usually be quite draggy and daunting, was surprisingly smooth and I think much credit can be given to Vince for this.

Oakford Estates Ltd is a very professional estate agency with very patient and well trained staff. As the agent in charge of introducing and helping us to complete our stay at Netley Street, Vince has been very patient and strictly following the legal rules and requirements to complete our reference collection, contract writing and rent collection. During the process, not only did we get all the information back and updated in a timely manner, but Vince also helped us with the tricky situation of multiple occupants requiring a license. Not only that, but even when we encountered other agencies that were not professional, Vince was very patient and helped us to identify any unreasonable situations in the rental process. Honestly, I regret not working with them for the second time, but if I had the chance, I would definitely work with them again and recommend this professional, strict, and humane agency to everyone! I found this estate agency on rightmove and their flats had very affordable price. I write an email to them and they replied in one day, which is faster than other agencies. They are a very serious agency. They may be a bit strict on their policies, but thats common for agencies in London. They followed up to all of our little problems and questions (council tax, energy and heating etc) even some time after we had moved into the house, helping us with those, and have actually even came here personally to help us solve some small issues they weren't involved in. Vince in particular was always very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Oakford Estates!

Great experience with Oakford estates.
Vince has helped us a lot through house search, from finding the ideal location to the ideal house and sorting through contract and different documents. Finding an ideal house is quite hard as there are lots of options online, but with the help of narrowing it down to one or two options from professional opinions, it was definitely really helpful. Would highly recommend Oakford estates.

I managed to close a deal with Oakford Estates recently and I’m really happy I did so. Louis Manzi helped me through the whole process. He was very kind and patient with me and he was seeking answers to all of my questions. The house was in a great condition when we got in. I haven’t got any issues with the flat so far but I’m pretty sure if something comes up, Louis will make his self available.
The paper work process ran very smoothly and the requirements were clearly defined. No hidden agent fees were charged.

I've been an Oakford Estates tenant for 4 years and have found it a friendly agency with a personal touch compared with the big chains, with no charge for annual contract renewal. Shafi is friendly and responsive and has been our consistent point of contact since 2015 which is welcome. He has the best plumber (Josh) on his books!

Louis and Rofu were very transparent, honest and diligent with everything that they do especially with house repairs (things were fixed almost immediately).
