I have rented a studio flat from them.. Very friendly and professionals. They even helped few of my other colleagues and flatmate find good properties to stay.
Very responsive and keep up the promise they make.

Warning******* This guys are cheaters . they rob you of your money and never return it. They took 200£ deposit amount and later told there because the owner did not want to rent it.( because i ask if my wife not like the room can i change it)for this reason they took my 200£ When I asked them for the money they did not give it back.. Do not go to this agent

I have rented a flat from Zamms Properties, and lived there over 2 years. The estate agent & the property owner both were very professional and friendly as well. I would recommend this estate agent always.

Zammes Estate has been looking after our property for nearly 10 years and Mumbash, the owner of the business always pays rent regularly and has been understanding and helping us dealing with some issues with the tenants, when the rent wasn’t paid on time, when questioned him, he made sure that it gets paid within a day, these issues normally happen on bank holidays. We will recommend this agent to people and carry on using him.

Extremely unprofessional. Did read the reviews before call and I can confirm it is a disappointment. 1st of all they have no manners, no greetings, poor customer services and secondly asking what my background is? The lady said it's protocol? Who does that?

Called up about a property and was asked my ethnic background never happened in my 6 years of renting found this very unprofessional. Not surprised they have terrible reviews.

Horribly unprofessional.. waiting foe half an hour for a viewing which was for a different address that we discuss nobody pick up the phone and at the end nobody came .. we sort it out the owner ... aparantly he did not k ow that there will be a viewing as well ... that made my mind to not work with them ... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute waste of time. Made an appointment to view property, travelled, waited outside for half an hour, called number of times - no answer, no replies to text messages. Unprofessional agency.

If only I had seen the review written previously they took £400 and said the landlord decided to go with someone else as the deposit is subject to reference check. Bloody liars! They stole my money and refuse to answer my calls. Will be calling the police and suing them legally for such stress and harassment caused
