SHOCKING. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY DO NOT FIX ANY ISSUES. THEY TRY TO BLAME YOU FOR THEM. DO NOT USE THEM

I have been a tenant of vista abode/andrews estates since 2016 to this present day. Admittedly there have been staff in the past that were useless and unhelpful, the property I was in was a wreck and the landlord did not care one iota ! I became suicidal there , no one in the office cared or listened they believed I was just nuts and exaggerating. Until a new staff member took the time to come out and see the property himself, he tried and tried to organise contractors to fix the issues but as they were major structural problems the landlord didn’t want to foot the bill!!... however this new lettings guy was amazing ! And moved me to a new property immediately! He is a lifeline to me and my family, I am never ignored, never sugar coated and always made to feel listened to and valued as a tenant. I probably would not be here if it had not been the compassion , professionalism and hard work given to me and my family from this man, and his colleagues x

Crooks.
I knew these were crooks and their recent prosecution and fine of £24,118 was nice to see :)
They have been exploiting vulnerable customers for far too long.

Would not recommend, 6 months only 3 viewings. Went with some one else and house was sold in 2 days of being on market!!
