The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

Good first contact, viewings went smoothly. Did best they could even with difficult circumstances. If I had my time again i would use a local solicitor, as I live in a difficult area with hard circumstances, and local knowledge would’ve got things done at a much quicker pace.
