Moved in this weekend and needed to arrange an emergency call out to repair some bathroom issues.
My property manager was off and Ajax immediately took over for the day. He was responsive, polite and helped sort things out.
Whilst the repair will require a few more visits , it was great that Ajay sent someone over to resolve the emergency. I look forward to full repair and resolution.
Ajay is very customer centric and it was a delight speaking with him!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Benham and Reeves at Imperial Wharf. I signed a rental contract that commenced on September 26, 2024, and despite this date passing, the property has yet to be handed over to me.
The agency collected my rent and deposit, but they have failed to deliver the property in a habitable condition. There has been no clear timeline provided for when the necessary repairs and cleaning will be completed. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially when I have work commitments starting this Saturday.
The initial checks on the flat by Benham and Reeves were evidently insufficient, leading to significant delays and frustrations. I feel that I have been misled, and the agency has shown a complete disregard for their responsibilities as a letting agent.
I strongly advise potential tenants to think twice before engaging with Benham and Reeves. Their service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am now left in a precarious situation with no resolution in sight.
Please see the attached photos of the flat as received on the start date of the tenancy.

I would have given the branch 5 stars if not for my experience with the incoming property manager Alina.
I have not even moved into the new flat and already the B&R property manager is upsetting me. Alina took a week to send me a rather condescending email after ignoring my follow up for exactly a week.
The property manager is unprofessional and too full of herself. I have dealt with much better and service oriented ones.
Whilst Roland and Wesley are efficient, polite and helping smooth things out, I have to say it does not inspire confidence when these basics are not delivered and the property manager is not responsive and rude.
I am escalating this via the website afterwards but also providing this review to warn others about the conduct of this particular property manager. Many thanks.

I worked with Chloe McNamara to help me find a flat for renting at high speed. Chloe was outstanding in every way, super friendly , listened to my needs, highly attentive, responsive, a professional through and through. When I had to pull out last minute after she found me a brilliant solution and was accepted by the landlord she took it so well despite having done a lot of work in vain. Would recommend her and her business to anyone.
