From the very start George’s attention to detail was evident , his local and market knowledge was on point and the speed of which our house was listed and achieved sale was fantastic.

The team at the Woodstock office were so helpful and friendly. I was impressed with how they balanced professionalism with their kind attitude. Although we don’t plan to move for a very long time, having found our brilliant new home, we would certainly use them in the future.

This is an excellent estate agents with a team that will go far above and beyond what's required.
From the very start of our sale process, it was clear that Martyn and the whole team at Breckon & Breckon are dedicated professionals, all of whom are extremely experienced, competent, easy to work with and reliable.
Martyn's regular communication and guidance was impeccable, and when we ran into challenges, he was always on board to support us and demonstrate flexibility and true service.
Their network of buyers meant we received consistent, viable queries and we agreed to a sale on our property within 2 months, certainly an indication of Martyn and the team's commitment to their clients' needs.
We cannot recommend Breckon & Breckon Woodstock more for all sale, purchase and lettings processes.

The flat we are renting is riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon have taken over a year to take action, incredibly slow service and they are now refusing to help us. Completely incompetent
