Martyn's regular communication and guidance was impeccable, and when we ran into challenges, he was always on board to support us and demonstrate flexibility and true service.
Their network of buyers meant we received consistent, viable queries and we agreed to a sale on our property within 2 months, certainly an indication of Martyn and the team's commitment to their clients' needs.

The service we received from Breckon & Breckon with our sale in Oxfordshire was first-rate from beginning to end. From an initial meeting (when sensible advice was given on price), through the swift preparation of a brochure with extensive photos and the management of viewings to the eventual completion of the deal, we could not have asked for more. The transaction turned out to be a complicated one as we were buying a new buiid and had to complete our sale and purchase against a deadline. Breckon's sales manager, Martyn Brittain, worked tirelessly - above and beyond the call of duty - in guiding us through the process and helping us survive the inevitable stresses. He was 100% professional at all times and a pleasure to work with.

I was dreading putting our house on the market. I kept putting it off because I couldn't bare the thought of dealing with viewings and estate agents! Breckon however, made the process easy. They were respectful to our home, their photography/videography team were amazing and kept us informed the whole way along. They called me from the car following each viewing to give me an immediate 'thoughts on how the viewing went' feedback and when we did have an offer guided us through our options. I would thoroughly recommend.

We have let this property for 12 years, always under the careful management of Breckon and Breckon.Their staff are well trained for their role and have well developed people skills. The staff are consistently professional,courteous and helpful.We are currently deal with Phoebe in the lettings team who has been 5star.Andy and his team in Accounts are also 5star, nothing is ever too much trouble.If any further assistance is required about anything relating to the property Louise at the Woodstock office is invaluable and the one person who has dealt with us for the 12 years as and when her expertise is needed, again, a credit to Breckon and Breckon.

Awful. Phone was never answered, messages never returned. Very reluctant to do viewings, even told me they don't do viewings after 4pm on a Saturday. No follow ups from them no contact at all. Currently buying a house through someone else. This agent has been first class. I will never recommend Breckon and Breckon Woodstock to sell a property.

The Letting Manager was extremely rude and brief whenever we enquired about properties as prospective tenants, and at times not getting back to me at all. There is absolutely no need for such an attitude and tone, especially considering everyone else I spoke to at the company was professional and polite. Sales department were brilliant and fantastic help. However rentals were terrible, lied continually they entered the property without permission on a number of occasions. Didn’t get a signed inventory when I moved in, charges for a incorrect inventory on check out again carried out without 24 hours notice. Sent pictures of my personal belongings to the contract cleaners thinking we had moved, however I hadn’t !!! Then completely unhelpful when I tried to discuss the issues and concerns but told they were sorry but otherwise tough. Terrible service and unfortunately not trustworthy definitely not recommend for rentals, great sales team though fantastic to deal with.

My worst experience in four years as tenant. It started with a viewing of 5 minutes ( by chance ? ) in fact she forgot to mention the total absence of mobile phone and the slowest internet broadband when on Rightmove reported the fibre optic instead and I couldn't watch the tv neither. The place is lovely but she simply should have been fair and let me know how things were. I am an impeccable tenant in the way I look after the property and on my payments and unfortunately I left the property 10 days ago and they didnt release my deposit back yet...where this arrogance come from!? Is there anyone in this agency who cares about tenants and respectful people ? Dreadful !!
