David James are a brilliant company. We recently sold our house through them and are so happy with the service they gave. From David coming to value everything went smoothly. Must add Vicki was very professional and a lovely kind lady to have been associated with she kept us up to date all the way through. All the team at the Arnold office were great. Would highly recommend using this family run estate agents that is local.

We had Sarah from the Arnold branch show us around a house today, she was fab!! From the start she was very approachable and lovely and we felt very comfortable whilst she showed us around the house telling us lots of details about it and what we needed to know. We have viewed lots of houses and she was definitely the best we have had, thankyou Sarah. ??

From the minute David walked into my house to value it i knew I had chosen the perfect estate agent. He was professional, courteous, realistic and very reassuring.
All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation.

We’ve bought and sold with David James twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Our sale got rather complicated but Kerry and her team were always supportive, responsive and updated us regularly. I would recommend them and would sell with them again.
