Used a different estate agent just around the corner from David James and after 20 weeks I had no joy with them so I cancelled and asked David James to list my property,
My house was sold within a week, unfortunately the person buying delayed the process and despite the hard work by vicky the buyer pulled out.
My house was resisted and in less than a week the house was again sold, this time the process went very smoothly and we completed in 7 weeks.
I would highly recommend David James for a fast, and accurate process from start to finish, also the way they keep you informed along the way.
Big thanks to vicky and the rest of the team.

Sarah was absolutely lovely — friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the viewing. She provided lots of useful details about the property and clearly knew it inside out. I was particularly impressed that she knew everyone’s names before even coming into the property, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. Thanks to her encouragement and support, I was able to find my dream home. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

The process of selling property can be frustratingly stressful. But I can honestly say I cannot fault the service that David James (Arnold, Nottingham) provided. They communicated well, sometimes delivering news we didn't necessarily want to hear, but always in a polite and professional manner. All the staff who acted for us were highly efficient, most certainly Kerry, I can't thank her enough for the way she managed our sale, and also Abbey. I would highly recommend David James Estate Agents, Arnold Branch.

Great service and attention from start to finish. David's indepeth knowledge of the area help us to price realistically and sell quick. Natasha was helpful, and friendly, as well as bring profesional. We felt we could ask her anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
