This is our third attempt at moving and we've finally done it. The two previous attempts didn't happen because we couldn't find a property to suit. On both of these occasions, we used David James as our selling agent, and both times our house sold very quickly. We used them on our third and final attempt too. We wouldn't have used anyone else. All involved are extremely professional, but friendly too, and calming at stressful times. We're adamant that we won't be moving again in the future, now that we've found "the one", but if we did, we know without question who'd we use.

Kerry was an absolute life-saver! When our move was delayed and we could not collect the keys before the office closed, she went far beyond what we expected and arranged for us to collect them from her later that evening. She was friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Kerry O’Connor was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.<br><br>She was always friendly, responsive and genuinely cared about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. On completion day, when we couldn’t reach the office before closing because of delays with our move, Kerry went above and beyond by taking the keys home with her so we could collect them later that evening. That level of kindness and dedication made a huge difference to us on what was already a very busy day.<br><br>Thank you, Kerry, for all your support, professionalism and for going the extra mile. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Kerry and the David James team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Excellent estate agents! David James have been easy to deal with throughout the process. They achieved a sale price far higher than those suggested by other companies. When our buyer dropped out through no fault of David James, our agent, Vicky was very quick to act and helped us secure another buyer within days. The house listing was comprehensive, including drone shots and a 360 video tour at no extra cost to us. Viewers remarked at how useful this was. The app used for managing viewings is very simple to use. David James are always easy to get a hold of and very efficient with any enquiries. Would recommend!

Vicky looked after us during our house move and was excellent. She was the calm amongst the panic, and was such a reassuring voice every time there was an issue. She kept us informed and sane and we couldn’t have done it without her. Our pictures were excellent on our listing, the best I’ve seen on rightmove. A great service and a great team - thank you Vicky.

Great service and attention from start to finish. David's indepeth knowledge of the area help us to price realistically and sell quick. Natasha was helpful, and friendly, as well as bring profesional. We felt we could ask her anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
