Kerry recently handled the purchase of our house and was absolutely outstanding throughout what turned out to be a very long and stressful process. Out of everyone involved in the chain, Kerry was by far the best at communicating and always kept us fully informed every step of the way — whether it was good news or bad. We had such a great experience working with Sarah at the agency! She showed us a house recently and was incredibly professional yet super friendly the whole time. David James are a brilliant company. We recently sold our house through them and are so happy with the service they gave. From David coming to value everything went smoothly. Must add Vicki was very professional and a lovely kind lady to have been associated with she kept us up to date all the way through. All the team at the Arnold office were great. Great service and attention from start to finish. David's indepeth knowledge of the area help us to price realistically and sell quick. Natasha was helpful, and friendly, as well as bring profesional. We felt we could ask her anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
